A young man is driving home on a cold icy night. A crash causes him to wake in an odd forest, there he meets a magenta unicorn, who helps him heal before showing him her friends. While waiting for the ever slow Celestia to find him a way back home, the young man begins to fall for a certain pony in Ponyville. But this strange connection is tested to its boundries as unkown obsticles stand in his way of being with the pony of his dreams.

Freak. Half-breed. Abomination. He has heard them all. For years he has been ridiculed merely because of his heritage. But when he encounters a pony while wandering a forest to get away from the horrible names, he is surprised to find she is not frightened or afraid of who, of what he is. She offers him a place to stay in the nearby town swearing she will defend him from the inevitable taunts and jeers. Warily he accepts, and as he moves in he is surprised to find the town more accepting of his form then others. Slowly he feels something within him changes. A spark alights in his heart, the spark of friendship. This is his story.

Archer is not having a good day. He's recently been knocked unconscious and imprisoned by a Fae race, notorious for their animosity towards humans and each other. Instead of cannibalistic Merfolk or mischievous Fairies, he finds... talking ponies. Who want him to be their "friend."

He is sentenced to remain in a small town they call "Eqshana", until he can learn to "live in harmony" with its inhabitants. Unfortunately, a message from his king, Jove V, has turned his prison sentence into a mission of espionage. Now he must escape these no-doubt insidious creatures, and even more importantly, stay sane doing it. Along the way, he will answer one of the most important questions he has ever faced: Is there really nothing to eat around here besides hay?

((I guess I should be noting that this was written in such a way as to be read aloud in a sort of radio-play-esque fashion. Each first-person chapter is meant to be silly, and read in a voice you think is appropriate. Have fun.))

How will those who dwell within this new place react to him, and how will he react to they? Will he ever recover? Will he find his way back home?

Matt has been running from...something. and when he is found in the Ever Free Forest by the mane 6, crippled, bloodied, and broken. The ponies must find if this strange creature has good, or evil intentions.

Matt himself, must also come to terms with the horrible memories that still cloud his mind, and must find out how to get back home. That is, if he even wants to go home.
