I will wait until one week after its publication, being this upcoming Monday, to review the comments and rating to decide whether or not to continue writing. I do hope you enjoy the story, and please, feel free to give constructive criticism. Seeing as I have no pre-readers to notice any errors or parts of story that feel unneeded or poorly written, I welcome it. Also, I wrote this chapter between 2AM and 5:30 AM that day, so I HAD to have made some errors. But before you ask, I had been thinking about this for a few days and had most of this plot done out in my head. A lot of it was just a spur-of-the-moment kind of thing, but in no way did I come up with all of this in one night. I await your responses with much anticipation!

I may be new to writing, but apparently I'm doing something right. Again, if any of you notice anything, and I mean ANYTHING that is incorrect, or would be better omitted, then please tell me. All of this positive feedback is making me nervous. :S I don't know why, maybe I think my next chapter will be a fluke, or maybe I'd just feel more comfortable knowing I have something to keep in mind while writing, so that my concentration doesn't slip. I really don't know. Also, I'm pretty sure that I'm a bit touched in the head, XD. Whatever. I may have the next chapter done by tomorrow. Emphasis on "may". Although an illness that has yet to be identified is still bringing bouts of coughing and coughing, and yes, more coughing. I finally finished this chapter. Cant wait for more, one of the better written human in equestrian story's out there right now imo. I just hope you don't fall into any of the traps that most HIE story's do.
Marckus is probably the first human in any HiE fic that I genuinely like - he's believable, softspoken, and considerably more mature than many other HiE protagonists.
Despite only being a few chapters long, I can already say that this is perhaps one of the best MLP fics I've ever come across.
Definitely looking forward to you continuing this fic.
I actually liked how he admitted that he needed meat or eggs to survive, it gets old reading every other fic with the protagonist living off of salad without suffering any health effects.

Well, the decision is unanimous! With a landslide victory of a whopping 1-0, It looks like I'll be taking my time and writing about once a week. That being said, you should be seeing a new chapter sometime between now and 4:00AM tomorrow morning.
