Discord had escaped and planned on getting revenge by murdering luna. However his method is rather odd.
He sent her to, As he puts it: "the most dangerous ,cruel and inhospitable planet in the universe".
This planet was more commonly known as "earth".
What discord did not plan for however was the presence of a young, lonely brony living out his life one day at a time.
And when he finds and promises to help luna, discord is not amused.

Years have past since the changelings were driven away from Equestria, giving room for peace and love. Suddenly, Twilight is captured in the middle of the night, and is brought to the hooves of Queen Chrysalis. Seeing that she has captured the element of magic, she is determined to gain her revenge against both Twilight and anyone that has ever wronged her.

Using her dark magic, the queen transforms the unicorn into a horrifying creature. Will Twilight hold on to her sanity, and more importantly, her devotion to friends?

Or will she slip into the darkness, and lose all hope.

Master Chief (Chief or John) would have given his own life for the human race, but in an act of valor Cortana sacrificed her last remnants to save John. Now with no AI. and no friend with him, he floats towards an unknown planet which looks like paradise. Soon he learn that friendship is already following him through fate, but will he accept?

Then an anomaly is detected, 0.75 light years from the sun a Wormhole has formed, large enough to swallow a planet and stable enough to stay open for years at a time, in a rush of scientific progress a vessel is built and crewed with the cream of humanity, the best astronauts from around the solar system.
Then it sets out across the stars, a physics defying engine driving the ship towards this gateway to places and times unknown.

A universe away, a purple coated unicorn trains her telescopes to the night sky, and notices a strange object in the sky. A hole in the endless dark between stars, through which another dimension can be seen.

Spike becomes better acquainted with a certain Deejay pony.

Support and Assault are lost. None of them knows where they are. But no time for that because they are to busy not trying to kill each other. How will this new land effect their "friendship". How will a bunch of ponies effect them as well.
