The truth, well... she's really overworked. And with her duty as The Equestrian Archivist she has a pretty demanding job. But what happens when this overworked alicorn decides that she wants to take a vacation in Ponyville? Furthermore, what'll happen when she skips out on her job to take that vacation?

(My first story! A different take on Fausticorn, I've seen her given a general persona that just doesn't seem like what I saw in the original art. So here's my idea of what she might be like. Tags will be added as the story continues.)

It's been two years since the races of Equuis have reached out to the stars. Two years since the first jumpship, Seabound, first hopped between planets.

Now, while running a VIP around on a tour of the Six Worlds they've claimed, the Seabound has the luck (no matter how cursed it might seem) of meeting the nearest galactic neighbors. The same neighbors whose jumpship crashed from the sky years ago, who ponies and griffons copied the technology of to reach the stars: humanity.

It's first contact.

After the battle with Nightmare Moon, the as yet unnamed hero has married his pony love. But when Celestia visits with a seemingly simple request, thing begin to go badly. Very badly. A sequel to "Embracing The Night.

[Note, this story is set between Season 4 and 5, but is not related to the episode "The Lost Treasure of Griffonstone." This is an alternate take on the Gilda Redemption idea.]

After Twilight Sparkle's new castle was inducted, all of her friends and family were excited to throw a Castle-Warming Party as a celebration. However, after the party ended, Twilight's fellow Elements were surprised to see Gilda in town as well. Of course, that wasn't nearly as surprising as finding out she had a marefriend.

Twilight Sparkle is a pony who prides herself on a few select qualities, as many do. One of these things is the fact that she has a very wide taste in reading. However, she would never dream of reading an erotic story... until it happened by accident, so she says. Things would have ended there if she didn't somehow end up loaning the book to one of her friends. As Twilight Sparkle claims, she didn't realize it was actually pornographic until she was invested in the story!

One thousand years ago, Nightmare Moon overpowered Celestia and banished her to the sun. As dictator of Equestria she's come to a slow eventual conclusion. She needs someone in charge of relations. And, like any good dictator would do with a undesirable job, she outsourced it.

Galvin is a griffon with a problem. He's enamored with the sea and all it entails. This doesn't go very well with his parents, who don't seem to understand his fascination.

But that's not about to stop him from trying. Some day, he will accomplish his goal and sail beyond the horizon.

After eating an incredibly spicy burrito, Rainbow Dash discovers some blood on the toilet paper the next morning. Dash panics and rushes to Twilight, who then accompanies her to the doctor.
