In the final months before the first Hearth's Warming, an Earth Pony named Snowberry is swept up into the machinations of a Unicorn countess. Pursued by her sire, and with a mysterious blizzard poised to consume all of Ponyland, this mare may be Snowberry's only hope of saving her friends and family.

This story is a prequel to the Beyond the Frozen North comic. It is recommended, but not required reading for this story.

And what if, guided by old knowledge and histories of ages gone by, this being found itself in a world that had changed, a world where even the Elements of Harmony were different from what they used to be?

A strange winged pony, whose wings are leathery and whose forehead bears a slightly curved horn, receives this letter, opening the door to new adventures and shadows of the past.

The apocalypse had come at the hand of a god-like multidimensional alien entity. Taylor Hebert, a parahuman with power over bugs and bug-like things has her powers altered by a former enemy and subsequently uses morally questionable means to make everyone in existence with superpowers fight this evil deity, eventually defeating him.

This however came with a cost. Her mind was deteriorating as her power was subsuming her. Thus another cape decided it would be a mercy to put a pair of bullets in the back of her skull.

Another entity witnessed all of this. This entity, grateful for Taylor's role in stopping this alien god and thus saving countless worlds and thus countless lives, decides to intervene. It brings Taylor to Equestria turning her into a Changeling Queen in the process.

(Warning, Dark, Death, and/or Tragedy may be added to the list of tags in the future, depending on how things go. Furthermore, the Suicide tag is for the references to suicide in the description and in the first chapter. Suicide and/or self harm will NOT be a major theme in this story.)

(This is a crossover with the web novel called Worm by the author Wildbow. I highly recommend reading it if you haven't, it's a really good story!)

Follow the tale of Equestrian Prince as an unsuspecting session at Princess Celestia's court gets him tangled in an ancient treaty to solve a curse in faraway land of Sun, dunes and spice. His hooves will lead him to a distant sultanate of Saddle Arabia, homeland of mysterious and exotic desert ponies. There he will face weakness of his body and mind, standing against wicked magics from bygone era.

Saddle Arabia, though newly united after a brutal civil war, stands on the edge of destruction. Its fragile peace, forged in the fires of conflict, is threatened by an ancient calamity - one awakened by the clash of swords and the scent of blood. Desperate to preserve their hard-won unity, the Sultan does the unthinkable: calls upon Equestria.

Will the Kingdom of Ponies answer the plea? And can Prince Blueblood rise to the challenge, or will the sands of Saddle Arabia bury him beneath its secrets?

This story, by its very nature, will contain a lot of OCs.

Twilight Sparkle has only recently become a Princess of Equestria. However it seems that with her new position has come a new responsibility. Twilight must now answer a summons from the leader of a rival nation, one with whom she has personal history with as well.

The new royal has been curious as to what had happened to the Changeling queen after her defeat in Canterlot. She had expected such a powerful villain to mount some kind of retaliation in the weeks and months after the incident, but nothing had ever come. So why was the first hint of anything from them a letter left at the door of her humble library home? Why has Chrysalis waited this long? What is it that she wants? And why did she request Twilight specifically?

My first time writing for Chrysalis, or Changelings in general. I've never written for any particularly angry characters before, so I feel like I want to have some fun with that. Honestly not going into this with a great plan, I've just been reading a lot of fics with them lately and felt inclined to do one for myself.

Setting for this will be a little muddy. Obviously set after the Canterlot wedding and Twilight becomes a princess, but before she gets her castle. It will involve some elements from the show, but I'm not sure if they'll properly fit into any kind of timeline.
