Pinkie Pie and Cheese Sandwich have been a couple for some time now, and their long distance relationship has seen its fair share of challenges. But Cheese has finally come back to Ponyville, looking to settle down for a while and take a break from party planning.

Of course, this temporary rest gives Pinkie the perfect opportunity to finally introduce Cheese to her big sister, Maud, now living in Ponyville adjacent.

But Cheese Sandwich has never met Maud before, he's only heard about her from Pinkie's letters and they haven't told him much. And he's very concerned about what she might have to say about him dating her younger sister. What if he can't get Maud's approval?

With Pinkie Pie's birthday coming up, her friends find themselves facing a bit of a dilemma about how to celebrate it. Fortunately, Cheese Sandwich just so happens to come back to town, and he's more than willing to take over the party planning.

Pinkie is quite thrilled to know her party pal is back in town, but soon she can't help but notice that Cheese seems to be acting rather strange around her.

Will Pinkie be able to figure out why Cheese seems to be acting so odd? And what's the real reason behind Cheese's return to Ponyville?

Rather than throwing her own New Year's party, Pinkie Pie decides to attend one already being thrown. She goes with all of her friends, only to discover that one of her old friends is hosting it.

And he seems to be coming onto Pinkie...

Pinkie Pie has had her turn consulting the Choosing Stone, and to her delight, her intended is Cheese Sandwich. Her family accepts this, regardless of whether or not they like him, and while Cheese himself has doubts about a magic rock dictating his path, he does like the idea of being Pinkie's husband.

However, when an invitation gets somehow sent to the parents that Cheese and his brother estranged themselves from, problems with wedding planning erupt when the Pies and the Sandwiches disagree on one too many things.

Cheese Sandwich and Pinkie Pie are hired to throw an anniversary party in Paris for the Mayor and her husband. Unfortunately, a band of thieves also has their sights set on the party, with every intention of crashing it.

When Cheese Sandwich returns to Ponyville, no other pony is more excited than the pink party pony Pinkie Pie!

Since Rainbow Dash's birth-a-versary party, Pinkie Pie's been adopting some odd habits--and by odd, I mean odd by even Pinkie Pie standards. Also, she's been playing matchmaker for every single one of her best friends. What could the reason for these occurrences be?
