This story is a sequel to Snow Angel

A sequel to my story "Snow Angel" (though can be read without it).

Spike and Rarity are married and happily living together. But things become complicated with Prince Blueblood invites Rarity to Canterlot for a weekend to show he's changed from his old, horrible ways. Though a bit weary of his intentions, Blueblood makes Rarity an offer she can't refuse and she agrees. Now Blueblood is trying to win Rarity over and convince her to leave her husband.

It seems like an obvious no, but Rarity is plagued by doubts and questions and her very marriage could fall apart depending how this weekend could go.

Knowing that not everyone is as lucky as her, Rarity decides to go Punk again to donate some of her fabulous hair to a good cause. However despite learning to shine from the outside, there is one person's opinion that she's afraid of: Spike's.

However this new look, this new Identity of hers , may end up revealing a lot more about themselves than they ever thought possible.

A lengthy business trip causes Spike to forget the most important date he's ever had with Rarity. Now, a day late, he has to get to Ponyville as fast as he can to make things right.

But, will she accept his apology?

Spike after reaching his 18 birthday decides to tell Rarity how he feels. He prepares himself for rejection, as he doesn't think Rarity feels the same way. Going to Carousel Boutique Spike prepares for the worst.

Years pass. Children grow. Fashion trends rise and die.

Even as the world changes around them, things between Rarity and Spike have remained frustratingly stagnant. Either by her selective and willful ignorance or his cowardice, the two remain friends, precious friends yes, but little more.

All it will take to change everything is a night of poor judgment, leaving Rarity and Spike to rebuild their relationship with the remaining pieces.
