While everypony is growing and building a life, Spike notices that he is still a baby dragon, and will probably be for a long, long time. Not to mention that he had no dreams or expectations for his future, other than a not-so-realistic one: to be with Rarity.
On a desperate attempt to change his life and discover who he really is, a lot of depressing facts are unveiled. Can Spike withstand his fate and what being a dragon implies?

It's Hearts and Hooves Day and everypony has a special somepony... except Spike. He feels so lonely that he does the ultimate sacrifice: sell his soul to Tirek just for a kiss from Rarity. But what began as a little problem will develop as a race against time to save him from the Lord of Tartarus, who happens to be the one they least suspect. Based on 'The Devil and Homer Simpson.'

It's been almost six months since Spike and Rarity have gotten together. Sure there have been a few ups and downs in their relationship, but nothing they can't handle...
...but that all changes one night. When they wake up they discover that several things have changed:
Spike has not only gotten much bigger, but also grown wings as well.
They've apparently been married for twenty years!
And they have KIDS!?
Exactly how did this happen?! How do they get back to their own time? And more importantly... who's responsible for all this?!

Rarity had been asked by a client a special type of dress, but she doesn't know it very well. So she decides to go to the Golden Oak Library to gather some information on those but fall asleep during the process.

And it's at that time that Spike choose to get back home from the market and discover the sleeping Unicorn.

What will happen next?

Ever since the events of his birthday, Spike has feared and suppressed his species' natural behavior. However, when one chains the beast too long, natural tendencies tend to break loose. Spike, along with his friends, must discover a way for Spike to control his natural behavior and continue to live alongside the ones he loves. But is this possible?

Which is more powerful: nature or nurture?

Warning: Sparity. Spike learns of a phrase, a foolproof phrase that makes everything seem alright after doing anything, no matter how brash his actions were. This phrase helps him become more assertive (in the meantime doing wonders for his love life), but what is the long-term effect of overusing this phrase? The cover photo was taken from the mlp wiki website, searched using Google, like 99% of you writers out there. Google is good.

"Nothing will change. Even after years pass we'll always be able to be with the people we love and care about.
And even thought at some point we won't be together anymore, we will at least have the time to smile and wish us good luck in our next journey and express our wish to meet again somewhere else."

Many ponies believe this to be truth. They don't know how much they'll miss what they have once they no longer are able to have it.

NOTE: This story takes place after Equestria Girls and all the events of the show took place.

In this familiar tale Spike, a strange visitor from a distant planet meets and falls in love with Rarity.
Although i used the comedy tag on this I consider it more humor than comedy. At the very least I hope it amuses you.

Spike orders a How-To guide book to win Rarity's heart. Will Spike be able to follow all the steps like a true gentlecolt? Will any of the steps actually work? And just what is Rarity looking for in her friendship with Spike, anyway?

This story is a sequel to Home for the Holidays

It was something the dragon never expected to happen. Not by a long shot.

A few months ago, during the Hearth's Warming Eve celebration, Spike discovered that Rarity, the mare of his dreams, had been harbouring feelings for him for just about as long as he had been for her. It was surely a surprise to him, though that and the kiss her confession came with was not an unwanted one.

Now, on Hearts and Hooves Day, the most romantic day of the year, and with all of the necessary preparations made, the dragon resolved to show Rarity just how much she meant to him.
