Let's face it: ideas are a diamond dozen. You can stroll down the town square and meet fifteen ponies with ideas and life stories they'll sell you for whatever's in your saddle-bag. Holy Celestia that sentence took a long time to finish.

So anyway, I'm Twilight Sparkle, and I decided to build a machine to figure out which ideas were really real. If that doesn't make any sense, think about how confusing it was to write.

I mean, I built a machine that was supposed to figure out original ideas—either ideas that nopony had ever thought of before, or that maybe somepony or even everypony had thought of but had afterwards forgotten. And it. Uh.

Don't do that, by the way. Just in case you wanted my unsolicited advice on the subject.

Nolan Anderson didn't want to be whisked away to a land full of discrimination and judgement. Yet he was there anyway. He just wanted to get by another day in his own world, no matter the hardships. Being a part of S.W.A.T. meant being the best he could be with what he could do. Little did he know he would apply his skills in a magical world, where the ponies think he's an evil human, and where the humans think he's a pony sympathizer. As crazy as everything is, Nolan wants to get back home, a feat that seems impossible, even in a world full of magic. However, the difficulty won't be getting back to where he belongs, but finding allies in a place where trust is rarely given, and earning it still.

I have never been a part of S.W.A.T., nor have I done extensive research on it. I have only taken a quick look at some procedures, weaponry, and armor for the purposes of this story. Long hiatus. Unsure on when I will continue, although I am seriously considering re-writing due to the fact that I wrote this many years ago and the whole story could really use a good cleanup or reset. I will post updates once I get down to it but for now it'll stay in a hiatus.

It´s a snowy day in Ardennes; An American officer and his soldiers were keeping watch when a German attack commences. It´s the beginning of the 'Battle of the Bulge'. The battle goes on, he is soon taken out by a tank´s shot that fell close to his position. The moment he wakes up, the officer finds out that he is no longer in Ardennes anymore.... soon he learns something else... It is no longer Earth.

A German soldier advances against the americans as soon as he hears the order of attack. Explosions engulf all around as a tank explodes, making him lose consciousness. When he finally wakes up, he finds an angry American officer pointing at him, the sun high up in the sky, and everything green all around. That´s when the question arises on his mind... Where is he???
