“Dragons are not meant to live with ponies”

Spike thought that he had found his place among ponies, especially after the dragon migration.
But things didn't turn out the way he thought.
Life had other plans for him:

It has been more than three years since Spike was banished from Ponyville and shunned by his friends.
He now lives a relatively quiet life in the Everfree Forest.
But what happens when events lead spike to look back at his old life, and take him back to the times where everything went wrong? And what happened to Spike after Pony kind turns her back on him?

With word of Lorcan released to the public, all Tartarus breaks loose as he plans on releasing an ancient army to wipe out the ponies. Who is Lorcan and why is he so interested in Spike?

It has been more than five hundred years since Twilight first arrived by chariot on that life-changing day, and Princess Twilight Sparkle still resides in Ponyville at the Golden Oaks library. But with the deaths of her closest friends still weighing down on her, she makes a decision that not only affects her life, but the ponies around her.

Spike decides he wants some spending money, so he gets a job as an assistant to the local DJ, Vinyl Scratch.

What starts off as a part-time 'errand boy' job, quickly evolves into a close friendship, and may become something more in time. Apparently, they have more in common than they ever would have thought.

Having friends is great. But when you need to trust someone, you have to find the smartest and caring of them all. Twilight is the answer, and Rarity is going to do everything she can to face the problems coming her way.

Spike was left alone in Manehatten, blamed himself for the breezies and Twilight, his practical big sister, completely ignored him when he was scared to death in the Everfree Castle. Realizing that no one may care about him anymore, Spike thinks that he is no longer needed and tries to kill himself.
