After being defeated by Twilight a second time, Trixie decides its time to start over again; now as a feared bounty hunter she gains her fame as Great and Powerful back and for real.
Now she has money, fame and everything she ever wanted... except for a friend; or that's until she finds a young pony with extraordinary powers and no memories of his past. Trixie decides to help him unaware that they can become more than friends.

Freak. Half-breed. Abomination. He has heard them all. For years he has been ridiculed merely because of his heritage. But when he encounters a pony while wandering a forest to get away from the horrible names, he is surprised to find she is not frightened or afraid of who, of what he is. She offers him a place to stay in the nearby town swearing she will defend him from the inevitable taunts and jeers. Warily he accepts, and as he moves in he is surprised to find the town more accepting of his form then others. Slowly he feels something within him changes. A spark alights in his heart, the spark of friendship. This is his story.

Hi. My name is Spike, Spike the dragon. I live in Ponyville with my caretaker Twilight. She's my best, and kind of my only friend. I'd even go far as to call her family. Everything was fine...until she had that baby. At first I was really happy, that maybe I could have a little brother or sister. But Twilight...she treats that kid...like she loves them more than me. I mean, she RAISED me. I always kinda viewed her as my mom. But it's clear she's started her own family...and I'm not part of it.

Ponies grow up. They get bigger, stronger, smarter, and eventually they get their cutie marks. Dragons grow up too. He may not get a cutie mark, but Spike does get a talent of his own- one that can easily be abused. One day, he'll grow bigger than his friends. He'll grow stronger than the strongest stallion. Spike is growing up and Twilight is in dire need of help, as her 'little' brother is becoming more than she can handle. But just when she reaches her wits end a surprise visit from princess Luna shows that Twilight and Spike need not face this plight alone. Luna has arranged for a dragon tutor to assist Twilight and Spike as they explore what it means to be dragon. With his help they hope to learn and cope with a world that is changing with the turn of time. Can Spike discover about his heritage and figure out where he truly belongs?

(This story is a spin off from 'Mission of Buzzbot' and though not vital to have read it, having done so will help set the scene for you as it follows the same universe)

Rainbow Dash's mother is Daring Do. And she's inconveniently off "researching" her next book.

Now, Rainbow Dash has to go on a journey. A journey of self-discovery. A journey of a thousand unanswered questions.

A journey to find...her biomom.

Oh, and there's an ancient alicorn tomb and a closely guarded secret that'll change the history of Equestria forever, but that's just another day in the life of Daring Do.

Apple Bloom has a secret. One that she's been hiding for six months, and is still terrified of.

Sweetie Belle has a secret. One that she's been hiding for... well, she doesn't know how long, and is looking for answers to.

So what happens when three not-ponies find out their friends aren't ponies either?

Well, one thing's for certain: they're going to have to come up with a new name for their club. Hopefully one better than the title.
