Coming up at number one on my list is Son Goku from Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, and Dragon Ball GT. Goku is the main hero in the continuous series of the DBZ franchise, he is always saving the earth from total destruction and chaos, he has even given his own life twice for the greater good.

Twilight Sparkle takes number two for a couple of reasons. She intelligent, she's beaten all of the main villains (with a little help), and is a FUCKING GOD... alicorn.

Deadpool, the merc with a mouth has earned the number 3 spot for his hilariously random sayings, badass fighting skills, and fourth wall breaking power.

Leone from the anime Akame Ga Kill, takes the spotlight for number 4. At first glance, you think nothing about her, but when she transforms using her imperial arms (What they are:Click me) lets her acquire the abilities of a lion... a mother fucking lion... anyways, what this does is it enhances her speed, reflexes, strength, and regeneration.

Golden Darkness

Golden Darkness from To Love-Ru to To Love-Ru Darkness, she is a lonely assassin, who can turn her hair into her own weapon, making basically anything she wants, she also can turn her hand into a sword, and even fly... using angel wings, she also has the ability to can her outfit, using something called Attire Transmogrification.
