Great lil story but I still cant really see Rarity and Rainbowdash as a couple. Just cant really imagine any attraction between then two that would be more than physical.

Look it this way, although their main interests and likes differ to a great degree. Deep down they are both actually quite similar. Out of all their friends only Rarity and Rainbow Dash have the life dream of being famous in some way and basically traveling Equestria, and with that dream both strive and work hard to accomplish it. Couple that with a physical attraction and willingness to do things that they normally wouldn't for the other and you may have something that could work.
Personally RariDash is my favorite ship, so I adore this story greatly!

Ack, I didn't even think about that. Although I'm not sure I would say they are quite similar, but now I can see how they could be similar enough so that there could be more than just a physical attraction between them. It was easy to think of things that Rarity would have in common with Pinkie Pie or Applejack but till not Rainbowdash was illusive.
Dang that was good, especially the last few lines. Have a thumb and a favorite, you've more than earned them.
