Octavia disapproves of this story, this is the most fucked up thing I've ever read.
One "the" too many in this sentence.
Otherwise, I have few complaints. The sex scene could have been more gruesome. Maybe Mcqueen could have taken a nice, long petrol dump on Rarity's pulverized meat stain, only to set it on fire with the dying embers of his cigarette. The intro joke about Rainbow Dash also didn't do much for me.
On the plus side, I hope this isn't the only instance of "Twilight using pamphlets in order to provide advice." It seems like a natural extension of things like "sleepover guides."

I confess I don't want to find this sexually arousing any more than you do- you make fun of it, perhaps to keep a distance.

You've outdone yourself sir.
I don't know why, but I found myself smiling while reading this. It's grotesque and horrid, but also touching and foolishly romantic. It was cheesy, but still managed to pull on my heartstrings.
Overall, it was very well written. Disturbingly well written. But at times you broke into a very casual tone that distracted from the romance in this story. In some places, it added a bit of refreshing and appreciated humor. But in others, it broke the pacing of the story in ways I wasn't comfortable with. (Mostly at the very end: the brashness with which you describe the car's recapture.)
But it's still a thumbs up and favorite from me. Well above and beyond expectations.

I had some issues with the opening and McQueen's recapture as well.
As for the opening, I flipped a coin on it. It is pretty lame, but I wanted the first part to be non-offensive to get people off their guard. Fluttershy as an otherkin I was similarly ambivalent about. Does it add anything to the story? No, but it was part of the wind up, which, looking at the final word count, was probably too long.
I'm glad someone enjoyed Twilight's pamphlets though.
On McQueen's recapture, yeah. It was pretty weak. Mainly it was there because I felt obligated (carrying out The Great Escape crossover to its bitter end), but didn't really care since Rarity was already road kill and I was ready for the punchline and submit button.
Thanks for the constructive crit, and I'll try to keep my narrator on a tighter leash next time.

I don't know how I feel about the introduction. I don't think it completely fits, and I objectively think the story would be better without it. But I also really enjoyed reading it. If it was missing, I wouldn't have suggested something needed to be added. But after it's already here, I would be really sad to see it leave. It's what got me smiling in the first place, and helped carry the momentum through the gruesome bits.
As far as the wind-up goes, I think it was very well done.
Equicidal sex with a car is interesting and unique. I'll give you that. But it was Rarity's foolish and carefree love that really put the shine in this little gem. If this story was all rubber and gore, it would be like a clopfic that's all penetration and no foreplay; shallow and unfulfilling.
You mentioned Rainbow Dash at the hospital. What was Rainbow Dash doing at the hospital?
Loved that line even though coworkers needs a coworker's face.
