But yeah, the Starlight-Pinkie interaction does not seem like a very easy one. Getting along with Pinkie means letting go enough to get swept in the current and enjoy it, and Starlight is more or less incapable of doing that. I'm not entirely sure if she ever will be, and that's not necessarily a bad thing. But it does bode poorly for her chances of handling the pink one. Of course, holding Pinkie still and trying to explain that to her... Well, Maud might be able to do it.
