"They" are wise for a reason. Applejack and Rarity know this all too well.
When the two friends finally admit their deepest feelings for each other, it couldn't have come at a worse possible time. With Rarity moving to Canterlot in less than a month, can their new relationship survive the distance? Or will it be too much for Applejack to endure?

This was a lovely, quiet, romantic story... Perfectly set on a still night. I really enjoyed it, and it was well structured, leaving me guessing how it would end while ultimately giving me a satisfying conclusion that was different from the more simple ones I was suspecting. Very nice work with a very appealing pairing!

This was a wonderful story. Just as good as all your other stories.
Have a potential atmosphere soundtrack. It actually fits in it's own right. ESPECIALLY, as Applejack and Rarity are comforting/talking to their sisters in the middle of the night. Might not be for this kind of story, but it is beautiful and slightly haunting like this story. You almost made me cry, and you nearly made me like Rarity...

That was great! Lately it feels that most RariJack stories are either [in dire need of fixing], clop or "what is this feeling in my chest", of which this story dwelled on or contained neither. I was also a fan of the order the story was told in, though it took me a second to realize it wasn't completely chronological. Those two cartoon horses really deserve each other!
