I'm a big fan of the pairing I just tend to shy away from writing it because I have trouble writing Applejack, but I found a bit of inspiration to write this and decided to go with it.

I was iffy on whether or not it was worth reading, then you mentioned Great Big Sea. I must now read. And I am sincerely interested in how Rarity relates to this. Now my pretty fair miss, if it wasn't for the law. You and I in a bed might lie, roll me over next to the wall.

lovely story, the bed time story rarity told, it reminds me of something that i can't remember, did you make it up, or did you use a story as a base?
2451024 Mostly made it up myself, with the exception of the questions which come from Captain Wedderburn's Courtship. At least, that was the only conscious influence.
When we started dating, my wife would sometimes out-of-the-blue turn to me and ask, "Tell me a story?" So I would always just make up a little fairy tale, and that may be where this particular one started out.
