When I first came to Equestria, I had no real desire to get involved with anything. I lived below the radar, minding my own business... but plans change. The Hive needs help, and no one else will give them any.

This is the first story I've ever written, I hope it's up to snuff, as it were. I'm no auther, just some guy who had an idea, so criticism is welcome.

The changelings are finally gone, and Derpy and The Doctor decide to go and celebrate, so they decide to go to one of the Doctor's favorite bars. Derpy is shocked by the multitudes and long range of extraterrestrial creatures dining and drinking casually, and as soon as the Doctor orders a special drink for the both of them, Derpy gets hooked. Snuggles at the end.

The County of Longsword is a battlefield. Ruled by a mad griffon count obsessed with "purifying" his lands of ponies, it is caught in between his loyal Reformisten and the Partisan resistance.

A small village deep in Longswordian woods is caught in the crossfire, as much as they, and the young Morning Boop, would want to be as far away from the fighting as possible.

Talon wasn't the only survivor of the Drakes' destruction of the Hive... But he was the only one to get a free ride to Canterlot - Ember must travel to Equestria on her own, with nothing but a few skills to make her way...

Twilight Sparkle is sent, against her will, to Ponyville high, where her mentor, the princess of their land and the district attourney Celestia hopes she will find that friendship is just as valuable as good grades. Even after Spike helps her attain this goal, Twilight and her new friends school year gets crazy as they deal with each other's, and all their fellow student's, crazy antics. But as the school year goes on and their moments together strengthen their bonds, the question begins to arise of who loves who, which is only made worse when Prom comes at the end of the year!

Twilight's life has just fallen apart. With basically nothing left, she's forced to move out to Ponyville just to be able to afford rent. It's there that she makes a powerful, but dangerous friend named Rarity.

Rarity is one of those sorts, who lives for indulgence and breaks rules simply for the sake of breaking them, rumors even go as far as to claim she's a vampire. Twilight had always avoided such delinquents, living her life by all the rules up until now. And yet Rarity is different. The things she says makes sense, and the forbidden pleasures she offers Twilight are beautiful.

And slowly Twilight begins to wonder whether Rarity is offering her corruption or enlightenment. She wonders how far she'll let Rarity pull her along. Hopefully not enough to become a vampire.

This story is a sequel to The Irony of Applejack

Warning: this story is a sequel. Therefore, it is highly recommended that you read the prequel first before continuing!

Over half a year has passed since the changeling attack on Ponyville, and Applejack would like to think things have finally settled down. Much has changed for the young changeling, and all of Equestria in kind. The new district in Ponyville proves that, along with the town's many new residents.
But there is much the young queen does not yet know about being a changeling. Some things, she will learn, can be chosen, while others will be chosen for her. With new allies and enemies emerging all around her, Applejack must discover what it truly means to rule before the choice is taken from her forever, and the history of the changelings repeats itself, once again...
