The Apple family farm is in trouble. It was once underwater, but Discord fixed that. Now it’s underwater with a horrible, evil, greedy creature: a bank. Big Mac has only one day to get the bits together. After overhearing the flower mares talk about him, he gets an idea. It’s the oldest profession in the world, so how hard could it be?

All he has to do is keep quiet while he conducts business. So long as the customers are happy, and the bits are flowing, it’s all worth it. It’s just his reputation, self-esteem, health, and dignity on the line. It’s just a roll in the hay— it doesn’t mean anything…

Discord was defeated. Villains always are. It’s really quite cliché.

Before he lost, he asked himself a question: what if your virtues went out of control, rather than your flaws? Perhaps if the heroes and villains weren't so clear-cut, the conclusion wouldn't be so inevitable. If nothing else, there would be some fun chaos along the way!

Can the main six find a way to undo Discord's magic, in spite of themselves and each other?

Disclaimer; I have been working on this for a while, and the writing at the beginning is not as good as the writing later. Hopefully it is not too great of an impediment to the story.

This story was written based on a simple idea from the HiE group forums. I haven't followed the idea exactly, but there's still a spoiler warning for those who want to check it out.

Sitting on the bookshelf in Strawberry Sunrise's new home in Ponyville is a diary.

That's not unusual; many ponies have diaries.

Some of her neighbors have seen her writing in it, wherever she goes.

Again, that isn't terribly strange; many ponies like recording their day-to-day thoughts and activities.

If somepony were to snoop into it, they'd find a few pages of doodles, scratched-out notes, and half-finished shopping lists.

This, curiously, is the peculiar part. Not because of what anypony would read, of course, but because it looks exactly nothing alike to what any changeling would read upon those same pages.
