Equestria has seen their fair share of dangers and threats made to their land by gigantic monsters and power-crazy lunatics. From all of these threats, the Elements of Harmony have been at the ready to combat them through the unbreakable bonds of the magic of friendship.

However, a new enemy bearing incredibly lethal weapons threatens to leave the Elements helpless against unprecedented violence. When one Element and two others are taken hostage, a group of elite soldiers contact Princess Celestia to offer assistance. They're professional and more than capable, but Celestia fears they may have ulterior motives. Not to mention, there's the fact that they come from another world.

The Spartan leads a team of misfit solders that overloads a covenant Super Carrier's slip space drive to stop it from reaching Earth. While aboard he encounters a Heretic Sangheili and a minor elite, who agree to help the humans if they help the Heretic's group of rouge covenant. The Spartan and Elite overload the slip space drive, hurling them into the pony-fied universe known as Equstria, where their troubles have just begun.

The Crystal Empire finds itself in the middle of property dispute when a representative from the north comes in, claiming that Equestria doesn't own the land. Who does? Canada, apparently.

Fluttershy only wants a colt who can love her for who she is. But she's just too shy to talk to anypony, then along comes a gallient colt who sweeps her off her hooves. Is he the one she's been waiting for?

Not long after the events of the Crystal Empire, Fluttershy discovers the remains of King Sombra's horn in a field while out on a picnic. She accidently releases the tyrant, only to find that he's weak and hurt. And so, unknown to her friends, the mare begins caring for the broken tyrant in hopes that she could maybe reform him...

After Twilight's second trip to an alternate reality, Fluttershy becomes interested in the idea of other worlds filled, not with ponies, but with humans. Would she be able to interact with these hairless apes like her animal friends, or would she view them like she does other ponies and hide? Not only that, but all of her friends have gone on solo adventures that she doubts that she could ever go on without them. But with some encouraging words from Twilight, and a little help from discord, Fluttershy resolves herself to have an adventure in a human world. Lucky for her, discord has chosen a world filled with over a hundred and fifty species of new animals that she would love to find and meet.

This story takes place in the first generation of Pokemon, just slightly ahead of Ash's adventures.
