But what of Discord and Chaos? What happens when the master of the matter is sucked dry of his power, no longer worthy to represent it?

It didn't take a genius to figure out that that perfume wasn't my own, nor did it take any real effort to locate the source of both of my issues: there was a pony asleep on my arm.

Years went by and the two became the closet thing I had to a family. When they had their first child Rarity I was given the honour of god father. I was later made legal guardian of both Rarity and the new addition Sweetie belle. Nearly three years later I would be hit with a devastating blow.

A single letter was all it took to shatter my world. I found myself the legal guardian of the two orphaned foals when I can barely afford to feed myself. Grieving and falling deeper into debt what can I do.?

The world of Lost Planet but on Equestria, the planet is EDN III (Equestrian dominated national), the world is lead by NEVEC the planet's military force, lead by General Celestia. The main opposing force is the snow pirates lead by their Star-commander Luna, the main characters are Nix (my friend's OC), Moonshine and Treacle Tart (My OC's) and the princesses.

At the brink of dawn, something crashes on the Everfree Forest, causing untold amounts of damage and displacing many creatures that called the dark and foreboding forest their home. When the dust settles, a massive construct of metal is revealed to be the perpetrator.

Lyra Heartstrings, as well as the rest of Ponyville, approach the ominous edifice only to find there's something inside...

...And that something really doesn't like ponies investigating its home.

This is a one-shot, alternate perspective to the events that occur in the first chapter of Unknown. (Subject to change)
