We all know the Makuta right? Giant protosteel titans who have 42 assorted powers?
In this retelling, the Makuta have been around for nearly 850 years and have been gaining power ever since. Not the "world domination" sort, but political power. While the Makuta are the protectors of the pony world, they also serve as advisers, politicians, and scientists for the Queen of the Sun.
While Celestia was apprehensive of the Makuta at first, over the years she came to trust them. She grew accustomed to their presence and individual behaviors, calling some of them friends.
Then, the day came when Twilight Sparkle passed her exam. A small seven-year-old filly with the potential to level the city, raise the sun and moon, and grasp concepts of magic that even boggled Celestia's mind.
Yet, all that magic.
And all that knowledge.
Would be gone in a matter of seconds.
Replaced by a mind for mechanical and biological science. And a body of flesh and bone, replaced by one of anti-dermis and indestructible metal.

When a supposedly-Forerunner artifact activates on-board the UNSC Guam, turning everyone on board into ponies, It sets in motion a clash of forces, ideals, and dimensions that could save humanity in its darkest hour, or doom the peaceful land of Equestria to burn in a war never meant for them.

This story starts some time before the season 2 finale, but after the other episodes of season two. Season 3 stuff will only be used if I find a reason for it/don't think it's OP (I'm looking at you Twilicorn and Mirror Pool.)
This story also takes place before Halo: Reach, so don't expect things to stick very close to the games.

Megatron has exiled himself from Cybertron and live his life among there stars. He finds an ancient space bridge which malfunction and takes him to Equestria. It is a second chance for Megatron to do something to redeem his past actions. Will Megatron learn about the wonders of friendship or would ponies reject him for his warmongering past?

Story takes place after Predacons Rising and in the Beginning of Season 1 of MLP. All Character from Transformers and MLP belong to Hasbro.

This story is a sequel to The God Empress of Ponykind

A message rings through the Warp: "The Game is broken, only Destruction remains". Celestia hears it, fearing for the lives of her former subjects and those of her beloved ponies. Unwilling to sit idle, she has chosen a dangerous path: return to the Imperium, take up the mantle of Emperor of Mankind, defeat the coming storm, and save Mankind once and for all.

With Twilight Sparkle to aid her, Celestia faces new challenges and new enemies. Her forces are scattered, her people assaulted, and the enemies of Man grow stronger with each passing day.

The Time of Heroes is gone. Now comes the Time of Ending.

Sequel to God Empress of Ponykind. Reading that first is strongly recommended.

After Spike's growth spurt, Celestia decided that its time for the young dragon to be taught what it means to be a dragon. So she contacts the distant universe of Avalar and asked Spyro to teach the young drake, which of course Spyro accepts. Now Spyro must deal with training a dragon who doesn't act like a dragon, keeping the populace of Ponyville under control, and fighting off the remains of the Dark Master's forces who have somehow followed him. Luckily he's got Cynder and Sparx alongside to help...right?

Basically this is a T-rated crossover that takes place after the events of Dawn of the Dragon. I should mention that this story will contain spoilers for anyone who hasn't played that game. Of course, I don't own anything except for this story.

The young man known only as the prototype, had his life ended two and a half years ago, or to be presise thirty moons. Now he is a wanted criminal throughout the world and has found his only escape through a mirror scientists around the globe believe houses another dimension, parallel to ours. Prototype thinks he is safe and wherever it leads it will be fine...

...only his trobles are just getting worse.

Princess Celestia seals Twilight Sparkle’s magic with the distant promise of one day teaching her.

But there are two diarchs of Equestria. Amidst a lucid dream, an offer is made.
