It began with a mare from Ponyville and a time-looping Prince from Canterlot. This most unlikely union now stands at a crossroads: a ruthless changeling invasion; a conspiracy within the highest circles of the Equestrian aristocracy; a half dozen power hungry noblemares looking to become a Princess in all but name. With the prize of Canterlot and its Platinum Crown at stake, it falls to six Elements of Harmony to once again save not just Ponyville, but all of Equestria.

After losing Canterlot to the Changlings, the mane 6,Spike, and a few others had no choice but to abandon Equestria and jump borders into the Badland's (where the dragons live.) There they create refugee camps, and in these refugee camps each holder of the elements of harmony guard a specific part to the camps....Five years later the group befriends the dragons and they agree to aid there strategy to take back Equestria. With the aid of an Alicorn, A army of dragons, with the leadership of Spike, and the advantage the ponies could finally go home, they could finally go back to Equestria.

Taking place in A alternate time line, of the season 2 finale...

It started out as an ordinary day for Fluttershy – waking up in her house in Cloudsdale and going to work managing the weather for Ponyville alongside her best friend Cloud Kicker. However, she finds herself troubled by feelings she can't explain, feelings that something serious is wrong. When she starts having visions of a strange life with strange ponies, she's determined to find them and find out what's going on. But how can such a timid pony convince others of what she isn't sure of herself?

Applejack's life is turned upside-down after she suddenly inherits the full powers of a goddess. She insists that it isn't a big deal and that she's the same pony as always, just bigger. Meanwhile, everypony else starts making demands on her and placing expectations on the 'new princess'. When the constant stream of petitions and gawkers starts interfering with farm work, Applejack reacts a bit strongly. Luna, fearing the worst, is determined to rescue Applejack from corruption, further irritating the farm pony. Will Applejack accept her destiny, or is destiny what you make of it?

A lot of people see Diamond Tiara as a stuck up rich little filly, yet nopony has stopped to ask the question "WHY?" I'm here to tell you all that even underneath the cover of a pony like DT there's a side of the story you wouldn't expect. And maybe even you'll find yourself watching her more closely in the episodes.

It began as a normal day in Ponyville on the last day of the week, but it quickly changes into drama when a young filly is foalnapped during broad daylight and another one is left injured in the hospital.

Two of the Cutie Mark Crusaders witness the tail end of the crime and become unsure how they should feel about the whole thing, especially when considering who the foalnapped filly is. Should they do something to help or just let the adult ponies handle this?

Discord is beaten, the world is saved. But the scars you can't see take the longest to heal. Diamond Tiara hears the voice of Discord, and she is listening. Led along by the promise of her greatest desire, Discord will break her psyche piece by piece even as he teachers the fine art of mind games. Meanwhile, Celestia has a couple of her subjects face their true heart, and the changes and decisions these ponies have made cause some events you're familiar with to turn out better, OR WORSE!

Twilight lives a comfortable, expected life with the security of being surrounded by her mentors and friends.
