Ok, where was I? Ah yes, I was just entering my office in Downtown Houston one afternoon to hear a job offer. When I got there, I found a beautiful, robe-wearing woman waiting for me. Now, in this day and age, most people would find that strange. I didn't for two reasons.

1) In this line of work, you run into a few crazies. If I had a dollar for every nut-job I turned away, I could buy a small European country.

2) It was Halloween. Hell, I was on my way to a party dressed in a replica suit of Veteran Ranger Armor from Fallout: New Vegas, complete with gas mask and real riot gear I borrowed from a friend on the SWAT team. I was gonna win the costume contest for sure!

I'm getting off topic, aren't I? Anyways, this weirdo offered me a job without going into much detail. No location, no objective, not even a dollar amount The only thing I got out of her was the promise that I would be saving thousands, if not millions of lives.

Every instinct told me to turn the job down, and yet I still accepted it. Maybe the idea of playing hero again had its appeal.

God, I had no idea what I was getting myself into.

After a mishap with a falling star, Princess Luna crashes into Ponyville, only to be saved by Big Macintosh. Overly grateful, Luna calls upon an ancient contract which binds her to the draft pony as his personal servant. Can Big Macintosh co-exist with an overzealous moon goddess, her creepy assistant, and an army of evil looking guards long enough for Twilight to find a loophole to get him out of the pact?

Yet, neither side was completely ignorant of the other. On Earth, there was the show "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" and in Equestria there was the ever popular movie serial "The Dark World: Technology is Courage" which was a favorite of colts everywhere as well as the "Pumans".

And now both sides learn through an event that the other is real. Come join us as we watch as both sides learn to work and live together. And as they find out that events on their respective fiction was not as nice as it seemed as we widen the lenses of the view points...

Authors note: This was another story that became stuck in my mind and I couldn't help but write it down. Whether or not people will like it is alright to me, as long as I wrote it and I enjoyed it. Anyway, if you wish to see more - then I will write more. As I always do.

A bit grim right? The names Rodney, and in case you're wondering, this is the story of my life. A life of Magic, Gods, and regrettably, Ponies. Yeah, freakin-multi-techno-collored-goody-ponies.
But it's not all bad really, got way healthier with a more green diet. Though the lack of meat can be painful at times, that one landed me in less than desired situations. I get to screw with innocent ponies on a regular basis. Didn't kill myself or everyone else with me either. So not a bad deal really, even ended up retiring as teacher.

What's worse, it seems he is not the first human to be teleported to Equestria, and now he has some big shoes to fill.

Currently on a brief hiatus. I'll let you guys still read it but I'm picking up a different story for now, I'll get back to this when I can.
After riding through a portal, Roger is transported to Equestria, with the riding gear on his back, his CRF450X, and a backpack with a few trusty tools inside, Roger stares into a world that he does not know and ventures off to find out where he is and a way to get back home. Along his journey he makes a shocking discovery that he is alone in the fact that he is the only human but isn't in the way that he is surrounded by talking ponies...Will Roger find a way home though the misadventures of MLPFIM? Many would probably feel like 18-going-on-19 year old Louis Anderson, post-high-school crappy temp job holding introvert, who so happens to have the fortune of a fantastic girlfriend who he's loyally stuck with for two long years.
Of course, she went off to college for med-school, and he has to earn his way into college classes. Tough break, bro. At least a long distance relationship can still be strong.

Of course, he's not even going to HAVE a job if the world needs saving...

As far as time of story is concerned, this occurs just in the middle of season 3, right before "Games Ponies Play", but it obviously diverges from the cannon after that point.
