Equestria has many legends and stories. Sometimes they are told one way, sometimes another. When a legend shared by two races comes back, how will Equestria react to the return of one such legend. One that the Griffon Kingdom speak highly of?

So I got sent to Equestria as a pony version of a Night stalker from Fallout: New Vegas there I fall into a gorge, get saved from said gorge by a Lunar unicorn mare and then everything went south.......

So, if I remember my fanfic correctly, I'm Displaced. I got a crazy mix of luck, though. One-shot kills on alicorns are easy, but I have to drain magic a LOT or eat souls to keep my memories. Being somewhat Genre Savvy, I kept relevant info only, namely fanfic categories, fandom, what canon is on both sides of the situation and academia. After all, you never know when you'll need to know the stuff that's seemingly irrelevant when magic is involved. Like the chemical and chrystaline structure of tungsten carbide, or black diamond.

A Displacer is a being who removes an entity from their homeworld or Universe, and places them in an entirely different environment than which they belong. So what happens when someone accidentally displaces themselves?

Meet Arkadious; Planeswalker, God, and all round jerkass. Catch him on a good day, he’s usually helpful. Other days, well… not so much. After inventing a spell and testing it—which backfires horribly—his students, Red and Newt, end up witnessing their master warped away as a result.

Now being removed from everything he knows, how will Equestria deal with a wizard wielding seemingly unimaginable power and a sarcastic attitude to boot? How will the rest of the Multiverse deal with another Displacer? And will Red and Newt actually find their master? Only time will tell.

Someone goes to an anime convention dressed as Ryo Shimazaki from Mob Psycho 100. He admired the character, wishing he could live like that. Go out and have fun, enjoy the use of powers without having to care much about anything else, drop the boring shackles of modern society.

He hadn't expected to get the chance of a lifetime at this convention, a new life where he could do whatever he wanted.

All it cost was his eyes.

It's the same old story these days; Brony goes to a convention, wearing the costume of their favorite game or movie character, buys something and gets teleported to a world full of friendly ponies becoming said character, story becomes an adventure with comedy or romance. Maybe an evil villain once or twice...

Got all that? Good. Because I got sent to Equestria Girls as Alfred Molina's Doc Ock From Spider Man 2!!!

When a guy with a British accent walks into your backyard and wants to talk about ponies just walk away and lock the door behind you. Among all things to remember is if someone asks if you want to go to Equestria choose your words very carefully more than likely you won't get exactly what you asked for.

This is a part of the story universe called "Chess Game of the Gods", which took its' start in "The Ballad of Echo the Diamond Dog" which was continued upon by Blackwing in his story "Griffin the Griffin", and now the whole planet is a playing board for some easily amused deities.

Ethan McIntyre was a young man with aspirations to become an actor, stage magician, and/or special effects artist. So who else should he go to a convention as, but the special effects based supervillain, Mysterio! (The Animated One, because comic books ruined him like they did everything else!)
How could a purchase from a mysterious merchant lead to him being transported into a world of magic in which the inhabitants believe him to be a powerful sorcerer with villainous intentions?
Can Ethan pull of the part of a lifetime and fool the world into believing his abilities are not all just the super-tech versions of smoke and mirrors? Or will he fall before he finds the reason why he was displaced into such a strange turn of events? And will he stick to the moral compass he always followed, or lose his way to the temptation that comes from his new found role?

What do you do when the world itself seems to conspire against you, where no matter how hard you try; you are constantly pushed back down? Do you stand against it as a lone light in the dark? Or do you too fall into the abyss and join the masses? This is the story of my life, or I should say this was the story of my life before it was taken from my cruel and heartless world and put into one that was just as cruel and heartless but with new rules and a new body.
