Cream and Cheese discovers a hidden cave that eventually leads them to a portal gateway that transports them to Equestria.
Lost and scared, they run into Fluttershy who agrees to help them find a way back to their world.
Little do they know that a run-in with an Animal showpony will soon take them on a little mini-adventure.

I am Shadow, Shadow the Hedgehog. I am the ultimate lifeform, but Equestrians don't seem to think so. No matter, the others are here so I can at least toy with Faker and talk with Rouge. All of the others are freaking out in this new world where magic exists. These ponies keep going on about the magic of friendship like its the best thing since Black Doom's death, there is no magic in friendship. Friendship is optional and not necessary, they think the opposite. Not only that, Sonic and the others are going along with it. The only one that isn't here is Charmy, the annoying bee kid, and Vector, that loud mouth crocodile.

I'm in some weird crap now. My only help is Omega, the Chaos Emeralds, and my "friends".

After an altercation with an old enemy, two heroes from a very different place are sent from the battlefield to a new world known as Equestria. The Mane 6 discover them and take it upon themselves to treat the two-tailed fox and his flower girlfriend as anypony else, befriend and help them in any way possible. As trouble brews back home and another pony is discovered away from home, the two visitors learn from Twilight and her friends about this new world, and see how the magic of friendship is a thriving force and spiritual bond among pony kind, opening Tails's mind to the possibilities of accomplishment, and Cosmo's heart to a stronger hope of universal peace.

After being severally beaten at the hands of Dr. Robotnik, AKA Eggman, Sonic and his remaining Freedom Fighters undertake a daring rescue mission to save the citizens of Knothole. But just when things seem to clear up, Sonic's Freedom Fighters, Knuckles Chaotix, and several airships from the Egg Fleet are thrown into a peaceful world that had sealed itself away from the rest of the multiverse. With new rules to play by, new allies on each side, and no visible way of getting home, how will the Hero's of Mobius and there new friends fare against the Eggman Empire.

While trying to get home from Camelot, Sonic is accidentally sent to Equestria along with the Sacred Swords and Caliburn. After a bit of confusion, Sonic and the girls try to find a way to send him home. But an evil lurks on the horizon and wants Sonic dead. It's been two years since Sonic and Shadow defeated Discord and now thanks to Sonic's friend Tails they can return to the land of Equestria. But when they get there they learn that their old enemy Mephiles The Dark has returned and has the five of the main six under his control and Twilight and the princesses as his prisoners. Can Sonic and Shadow along with their friends stop Mephiles before it's to late? Or will Mephiles finally get his revenge?

When Discord escapes and the elements of harmony are no use against him anymore Princess Celestia with help of her sister Princess Luna use a spell to go to an Alterate Universe to bring forth two heroes to help save Equestria. Can these two heroes defeat Discord once and for all? Or will Discord finally win and take over all of Equestria?

The death of a friend triggers the final assault of Eggman's base. The heroes upon reach the conclusion of the battle, sets off a ripple in dimensions, blasting everyone present into a strange and wonderful world.
