Discord escapes from his stone prision and stells a gem called the gem of power. Because of this princess Celestia and her sister princess Luna have to summen help from another dimension. So they find Sonic and Shadow and bring them to thier world
When Discord escapes and the elements of harmony are no use against him anymore Princess Celestia with help of her sister Princess Luna use a spell to go to an Alterate Universe to bring forth two heroes to help save Equestria. Can these two heroes defeat Discord once and for all? Or will Discord finally win and take over all of Equestria?
It was a beautiful spring day in Ponyville and Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, and Rarity were enjoying a nice day by the lake.
"Now this is what ah call relaxation Twi.” Applejack said, who was relaxing under the umbrella.
"I couldn’t agree more Applejack and it looks like Pinkie, Fluttershy, Rainbow, and Rarity are enjoying their little game of marco polo." Twilight who was reading a book said.
The two looked back and saw their friends chasing around each other, while one was trying to get who. After a bit, Rarity walked back, a little exhausted from running around a lot.
"I’ve been meaning to ask you Twilight, where's my little Spikey Wikey?" Asked Rarity.
"Well, he’s still at the library fixing up the mess he made yesterday." Twilight explained while putting her book away.
"I hope he comes soon." Pinkie Pie said bouncing to them.
"Yeah he's gonna miss all the fun." Rainbow Dash added while flying above them.
"I umm I'm sure he will be here shortly." Fluttershy quietly added.
Suddenly, everything started to shake, “Apples and buckets it's an earthquake!" said Applejack.
"Hurry everypony get to cover NOW!" Twilight said.
They all left the lake and ran for their little town, ponyville.
Meanwhile the quake rumbled all over Ponyville as everypony ran for cover. "There!” Rainbow Dash pointed, “The library hurry!"
They quickly got into the library. The rumbling continued, until it came to a slow stop.
"Oh....oh my." Fluttershy said, still shaking up a bit, "That was s....scary."
The ponies caught their breath and collapsed on the ground, relieved it was over.
"Hey, you girls alright?" A little purple dragon asked who just came out of a room.
"Yes Spike were alright." Twilight said to the little dragon while they all got up.
"Oh Spikey Wikey." Rarity said, running toward Spike and hugging him, "Are you alright?"
"Yes Rarity I'm fine.” Spike said.
Rarity continued to hug him, not knowing he was having a hard time breathing, "Oh I was so worried that you were hurt and-"
Just then Rainbow Dash interrupted, "OK Rarity let the poor kid breath."
Rarity looked down and saw Spikes face a little blue, "Oh I'm so sorry Spikey Wikey.” Rarity said, letting go of Spike.
"Oh it's alright Rarity." Spike said, blushing a bit.
After the results of the short, but strong earthquake, the ponies began cleaning all of Ponyville but what they didn't know was that the quake damaged Discord's stone statue prison. The statue slowly cracked and was starting to break until suddenly it split open and Discord fell onto the ground.
He pulled himself up and rubbed his head, and the realized he wasn’t frozen anymore. He smiled evilly,
"Ah YES, YES, YES, I'M FREE ONCE AGAIN!!!!" He said in victory,
"Now that I'm free I can get my revenge on those blasted ponies for locking me up for the second time.”
He knew he wanted a good plan, so he thought for a moment, while tapping his chin with his eagle claw, "But how when they have those stupid elements of harmony?” He asked himself.
He continued tapping his chin and thought hard, "OK I need to think, so come on think Discord, think, think, think."
Then, a plan popped into his head, and he smirked evilly, "I know. I'll steal the gem of power oh YES, YES, YES, YES!!!! Oh Discord you are a genius you are. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!" He said while laughing.
Discord turned to the city known as Canterlot and smiled evilly, “So look out princess Celestia, cause I'm coming for that gem of power HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!" He then snapped his fingers and disappeared.
Meanwhile in Canterlot, Princess Celestia was cleaning up the mess in the castle that was cause by the quake, just then she heard the glass of the window behind her shatter she turned around and there was Discord.
"DISCORD!" Celestia gasped.
"Well hello princess." Said Discord with an evil grin on his face, "How are you doing? Did you miss me?"
Celestia looked at Discord and said in a stern tone, "No. I have not and how did you get out of your stone prison?"
"Oh just thank that timely earthquake my dear." He snickered, "But enough of that, tell me my dear where's the gem of power?" Discord Asked with a smirk on his face.
Celestia went wide eeyd when he mentioned the jewel of power, but then laughed and said, "Ha, like I would tell you anything, guards seize him!"
The door opened and the pony guards surrounded him.
Discord shook his head in disappointment, "Oh Celestia I guess we have to do this THE HARD WAY!"
With that he snapped his fingers and froze the guards in their tracks before they could grab him. He then walked up to Celestia,
"Now lets try this again princess." He said, "Where is the gem of power?" He asked starting to lose his temper.
"If you want it so badly, you have to take it from me." said Celestia while her horn glowed in a golden aura.
"Very well, but instead of fighting you for it what if I just do this to you." Discord said . He snapped his fingers again, and Celestia froze as well, and her aura from her horn stopped.
"Oh how I love being the god of chaos.” He said with an evil smile on his face.
He then saw a faint glow on Celestias golden crown, and when got closer to it he could see that it was the gem of power.
“Ah, so this is where you hid it, after all this time.” he said and took it off of her crown.
He admired it, while it gave off a small white glow, and saw his reflection off if it, "Now that I have the gem of power I think I'll put it to the test on your ponies. Ta ta Celestia. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!" With that he vanished into thin air.
As soon as he was out of sight the spell lifted and the guards and Celestia were free.
“This isn’t good. I've got to warn Twilight and the others." Celestia said. She quickly went to her room and started to write a note to warn Twilight and the others about Discord's return.
Meanwhile, Twilight and the others were cleaning the library when Spike coughed out a note from the princess.
Spike ran up to Twilight saying, "Twilight, Twilight a letter from the princess."
"Thanks Spike” She said and took the scroll from him.
"Ooooooooo a note from the princess. Come on Twilight what does it say? What does it say?" Asked Pinkie while bouncing up and down.
"Whoa Pinkie, calm down there darling." Rarity said trying to calm her down.
"Twilight can’t read it with you jumping around all over the place." added Rainbow Dash.
"Oh um...Twilight what does the letter from the princess say?" asked Fluttershy.
"Let’s see..." She said and opened the letter with her magic and began reading.
Dear Twilight,
"I'm sending you this urgent letter to tell you that Discord has returned."
Hearing that Discord escaped the ponies eyes open wide.
"What he's back?" said Rarity.
"Oh this is bad, this is very, very, very, very, bad." Said Pinkie.
"That Discord, he just doesn't give up does he?" Rainbow asked stomping her hoof.
"How on Equestria's name did he escape Twi?" Asked AppleJack.
Twilight thought for a moment then and then came to a conclusion, "That earthquake must have done it."
"Well, go on and read the rest of it sugarcube." said Applejack.
"OK." Twilight said as she continued to read the letter.
"He came to the castle and stole a gem of great power called the gem of power and I'm afraid that the elements of harmony won't work on him this time. So I'm going to meet my sister and see what we can do about this. So please take care Twilight and be careful. It would break my heart if anything happen to you or your friends."

"So what are we gonna do darling? Rarity asked .
"Well, we can't just stay here and let Discord make off with that gem. I say we go and kick his butt." Rainbow Dash said pounding her hooves together.
"But you all heard what the letter said, our elements of harmony won't work on him if he has that gem on him." Applejack said .
"I know." said Twilight, but then looked up at them with determination, "I know what the letter said, but girls, Rainbow Dash is right. We just can't sit here and do nothing so let me get the elements of harmony out so we can stop Discord."
"Well alright sugar." Said Applejack, "Lets do this."
"Yes, let's do it yes." said Pinkie.
"I...um...I'm..not...sure..this...is..going to um work." said Fluttershy.
"Now don't you worry darling." said Rarity, "Everything will be just fine ok?"
"O..ok." said Fluttershy.
"Alright that is settled then." said Twilight, "Lets do it girls! TOGETHER!!!!" She shouted raising her hoof up.
"TOGETHER!!!!" They said together with their hooves up as well.
As soon as they got the elements of harmony they set off to stop Discord. But as soon as they opened the door Discord was already there waiting for them.
"Well," well," well." He said, "How are you darling girls doing?"
"Save it Discord." said Dash.
"We stopped you two times before and we know that we can stop you again." said Rarity.
"Not this time ponies." said Discord, "Now that I have the gem of power I'm unstoppable HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!"
"Oh yeah, well then lets see how powerful it is." Said Applejack.
As the ponies began to use the elements Discord wield up the power gem and a beam of light shot forth and hit the ponies and they laid unconscious with Discord laughing over them.
"YES, YES, YES, YES I DID IT I'VE WON HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!" He trumpeted in victory, "Now I will see you ponies soon I'm going back to the everfree forest and begin on how to use this thing correctly. Then, I will come back and destroy you and all of Ponyville and then all of Equestria will be finally mine, all mine! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!"
With that he slithered away, leaving Twilight and the others still out cold.
When the ponies awakened they found themselves at the castle with princess Celestia and princess Luna standing over them.
"You used the elements of harmony didn't you?" Asked Celestia.
"We're sorry princess Celestia." They said together.
"Now don't you worry ponies we know that you were only trying to help." Said princess Luna.
"But it doesn't matter now. My sister and I may have found a way to defeat Discord once and for all." said Celestia.
"Really how?" Asked Twilight.
"Me and Luna are going to make a portal to an alternate universe and go and find two of the strongest heroes." Said Celestia.
“Is that even possible?” Twilight asked surprised.
Celestia nodded, “Yes, however this spell hasn’t been used in over many moons. One slip up could bring disaster to us all.”
"I hope it works." Said Applejack.
"I do too." said Twilight.
"Don't worry we will be fine and will be back soon." said Luna.
"Now you all stay here and wait for our return." Said Celestia.
"You got it princess Celestia." Said Dash.
"Alright, ready Luna?" asked Celestia.
"Yes I'm ready Tia." Said Luna.
With that Celestia and Luna's horns started to glow then a portal started to formed in front of them. As they finished, the two breathed a little heavily.
“Are you two okay?” Twilight asked with concern.
“Yes. The spell just drained a lot of our magic, but don’t worry, we have enough to return. We’ll be fine.” Celestia said.
"You all be careful you hear." Said Applejack.
The two alicorns nodded as they disappeared into the portal.
On the planet of Mobius Sonic the hedgehog and Shadow the hedgehog were training after Sonic's victory over the sinister Dr. Eggman.
Shadow came at him with fury punches, and Sonic got hit by every one of them, causing him to fall to the ground.
"Come on Sonic." Shadow said disappointingly, "Is that the best you can do?"
"Come on Shadow give me a break will ya." Said Sonic getting back up. "I just got off from kicking Eggman's butt and all you can think about is training."
"Oh whats wrong Sonic?" Asked Shadow in a taunting voice "Getting tired at your old age?"
Upon hearing that, Sonic smirked."OK Shadow. It’s on now. Come and lets see what you can do."
Shadow smirked. "Now that's more like it, now just don't hold back Sonic." He said getting into his battle stance.
"I won't Shadow." Said Sonic as he charged and attacked Shadow. He threw a series of punches and kicks while Shadow dodged all of them.
“SONIC WIND!” Sonic threw one of his attacks Sonic wind.
Shadow saw it coming and countered it with an attack of his own.
“CHAOS SPEAR!” Shadow launched his Chaos Spear and the two attacks landed onto each other and exploded, creating a lot of smoke. When it cleared up, both Sonic and Shadow stood there panting a little.
“Amazing. He’s gotten stronger than before. Now it’s time to kick it up a notch.” Shadow thought.
"Alright Sonic. I think it's time that we step it up." Said Shadow.
Knowing what Shadow is planning, Sonic smirked.
"Oh your on Shadow lets do this SUPER SONIC and SUPER SHADOW style!!" Said Sonic.
The chaos emeralds appeared and started to circle around Sonic and Shadow and then they turn into their super forms. They looked down at each other with determination and fire burning within their souls.
In a different part of the valley, princess Celestia and princess Luna arrived through the portal and landed on the ground.

"So this is where the portal has taken us?" Asked princess Luna looking around in thier new location.
"Yes Luna." Said princess Celestia. "Now all we need to do is to find the heroes of this planet and ask them if they could help us to defeat Discord."
Just then, they heard faint battle cries and then BOOM!!!! A huge jolt of energy jolted Celestia and Luna to the ground.
"Whoa what Equestria's name was that?" Asked Luna getting up to her hooves.
"I don't know sister but we're going to find out come on." Said Celestia.
Then they flew off to where the sound came from. As they moved forward, they saw flashes of yellow and blue light in the distance.
Some time later the two princesses arrived at the place where they heard the loud boom. As they looked around they saw Sonic and Shadow as they were on the ground laughing together the princesses watched them in amazement.
"Tia, are you sure these creatures the ones who can help us defeat Discord?" Asked Luna.
"I’m sure of it Luna." Said Celestia. “I can sense a lot of energy coming from these two. knowing that, these two must be the heroes of this world, who can help us defeat Discord once and for all."
Luna nodded and the two advanced towards the two hedgehogs.
"Woooo that was a blast you've gotten stronger since we last met Shadow!!" Said Sonic getting up a little.
"Yeah you’ve improved a lot yourself as well Sonic." Said Shadow.
Sonic then looked to his left and saw two horses with horns and wings coming toward them.
“Shadow, we got company.”
Shadow looked up and saw the two horses walking up to them. The two hedgehogs got up on their feet and got into their battle stances just in case if they were enemies.
"Who are you two?" Asked Sonic.
"Are you two friends or foes?" Asked Shadow getting ready to charge up a Chaos Spear attack.
"You may calm yourselves. We come in peace." She said in a motherly tone. Upon hearing her motherly voice and gentle nature, the two know the ponies were not threats. They calmed down and lowered their battle stances.
"Please allow me to introduce ourselves.My name is princess Celestia and this is my sister princess Luna." The white pony greeted.
“You two are princesses?" Said Sonic and Shadow together in shock.
"Yes, and we come from a planet called Equestria to get you to help us." Said Celestia.
"Uh, help you with what exactly?" Sonic asked.
"Our planet is in trouble by the god of chaos named Discord." Said Luna.
"Discord huh? Who is he and what has he done?" Shadow asked.
"Well like my sister said before. He is the god of chaos for what he did is that he stole a gem of great power called the gem of power." Celestia began.
"Hmmm, Interesting. So what does this gem of power do?" Asked Shadow
"Well. It gives the one who is holding it tremendous amount of power and makes the user who controls it almost unstoppable." Said Luna.
"Correct. Before he stole it, he was a threat to Equestria, and me and my sister imprisoned in into stone, but a thousand years later, he broke free, and tried to take over Equestria again, but my little ponies stepped in and used the Elements of Harmony to re-prision him again. However, an Earthquake freed him yet again, and now that he has the gem of Power, the Elements of Harmony have no effect on him, which is why me and Luna are here to seek your help.” Celestia explained.
“What are the elements of harmony if I may ask?” Shadow asked interested about them.
"The elements of harmony are 6 magical items that signifies the magic of friendship. They are known as Kindness, Laughter, Generosity, Honesty, Loyalty and Magic. " Luna explained.
"Me and my sister were once the wielders of the Elements, but my ponies took over and are now the wielders of the gems." said Celestia.
"But now, without the elements of harmony and with the gem of power in Discord's hands he could rule all of Equestria and possibly the entire Universe. Including yours."
Sonic and Shadow looked at Each other for a sec, believing what they had told them was true. If Discord wins, he might be able to take over Mobius when he conquers Equestria.
"That definitely sounds like trouble. So you want us to help you to fight this Discord guy?" Sonic asked.
"Yes. Will you please help us?" Celestia asked.
Sonic and Shadow thought for a moment then Sonic said to princess Celestia and to princess Luna.
"I’m in. It’s been awhile since I had a good adventure. Going to another world will be a blast. What about you Shadow, you in?" He asked the black and red hedgehog.
Shadow thought for a sec, until he heard a familiar voice.
“Please help them Shadow.”
“Maria…” He remembered his promise to her to help any way he can.
Getting his final answer, he looked up and smiled at Sonic.
“I’m in.” He answered
"Thank you, you two. You have no idea how grateful we are for you two helping us.” Luna said.
“No problem.” Sonic said giving her a thumbs up.
“Oh we almost forgot what are your names?" Asked Luna.
"The name is Sonic, Sonic the hedgehog." Sonic greeted with his signature thumbs up pose.
"And I'm Shadow, Shadow the hedgehog. The Ultimate Life Form." He greeted with his arms crossed.
"It's nice to meet you both Sonic and Shadow." Said Celestia.
"Now, let’s get to our world so you can meet the ponies that possesses the elements of harmony and to help us to stop Discord." Said Luna.
"Alright lets go!" Sonic said excited.
"Hold on Sonic." Shadow Said placing a hand on Sonic’s shoulder.
"We may need the chaos emeralds for this one. We don’t know how powerful this Gem of Power is, but taking the Emeralds with us may give us a fighting chance to beat him."
"Great thinking Shadow." Sonic said smiling. “Always one step ahead.”
"Chaos emeralds, what are chaos emeralds?" Celestia asked.
"I'll show you, here this is what the chaos emeralds look like." Shadow said holding up his arms across from him. At the instant, a flash of light emerged and seven colorful gems circled him and Sonic.
"Wow!!" Said Celestia and Luna together.
"But how will these help?" Asked Luna.
“The Chaos Emeralds are seven magical gemstones that hold untold and unlimited power. No one knows why they were created or why they exist, but they can turn people's thoughts into power. Alone they can increase one’s abilities or power up machinery, but when all seven are gathered, a miracle occurs. The servers are the seven Chaos, Chaos is power, Power enriched by the Heart, The Heart is the controller, The controller serves to unify the Chaos. When all seven emeralds are gathered by the user, he or she becomes invincible.” Shadow explained.
“Amazing.” Luna said astonished.
“How powerful are they?” Celestia asked.
“It would be best if you experience a taste of their power.” Sonic said grabbing the blue emerald. He walked up to Celestia and presented the emerald to her.
“Take the emerald.” He said.
Celestia gently grabbed the emerald with her hoof and brought it closer to her face. She saw her reflection off of it and it let off a beautiful glow.
“Now, close your eyes and focus. Clear your mind and let your heart talk to the emerald.” Sonic instructed.
Following Sonic’s instructions, she closed her eyes and cleared her mind. She allowed her heart to talk with the emerald, and it was immediate. The emerald in her hoof glowed brightly and she was surrounded in a blue aura of unbelievable energy. Feeling this power, Celestia’s eyes shot opened and she gasped, feeling the emeralds unlimited energy flow through her blood. She even felt her magic and strength returning.
“By the Elements, I can feel so much raw power from this one gem, and it’s still flowing through me, showing no signs of stopping.” Celestia said astonished.
“May I?” Luna asked.
Sonic smiled. “Of course.”
Celestia gently gave the emerald to Luna, and at that, luna already felt it’s power flow through her immediately.
“By the moon, This is amazing.” She said regaining her power and magic back.
“That’s only a small taste of their power for an individual to possess one emerald.” Sonic explained while Luna handed him the emerald back.
“When me and Shadow collect all seven, we can absorb their power and turn into our super forms.” Sonic explained further.
“Super forms?” The princesses asked.
"Well. It’s a little hard to explain. it would be best to show you two." Sonic Said.
The chaos emeralds started to spin around Sonic and Shadow slowly.
Then Sonic and Shadow began to close their eyes and cross their arms as the emeralds started spinning faster and faster. Then, a big ball of energy shot forth out of them. The light was so bright that Celestia and Luna had to cover their eyes using their wings.
"What is this power I'm sensing Celestia?" Asked her sister.
"I don't know Luna, but it's incredible. I have not felt anything like this before in my life. It’s even stronger than feeling just one of them." Celestia Said .
As the light dimmed they saw Sonic and Shadow but they were different. Sonic and Shadow now had gold fur and red eyes.
"What, what happen to you two?" Asked Celestia asked shocked out of her own mind.
"You two transformed, but how?" asked Luna.
"Who ever possesses all seven chaos emeralds will possess untold power." Said Shadow.
"So the energy that we felt when we landed here came from you two?" Asked Celestia.
"If you overheard our battle cries and power, then yes. That was us but now you can call us SUPER SONIC AND SUPER SHADOW!!!!"" said Sonic.
The royal ponies looked at them with amazement in their eyes.
“This is incredible. No doubt they will defeat Discord.” Celestia muttered.
They power back down to their original forms and Sonic came up to Celestia.
"Celestia we are ready to go and save your world when you and Luna are ready." Sonic said confidently.
Celestia smiled at Sonic and said.
"Ok now Sonic and Shadow get on me and Luna."
Sonic and Shadow nodded and both got on to Celestia and Luna as they performed the spell to take them back to Equestria.
"Hang on tight this could get a little rough." Said Luna to Sonic and Shadow.
"Wow that is way past cool!!!!" Said Sonic as Celestia and Luna's horns glowed.
"Just what are you two any way?" asked Shadow.
"We are alicorns." Said Celestia.
"Now that is totally awesome!!!!" Said Sonic.
Then suddenly the portal opened and Celestia, Luna, Sonic, and Shadow were off to the world of Equestria.

Back at the castle, the ponies were still waiting for princess Celestia and princess Luna to come back with help to defeat Discord.
"Man it's been 20 minutes and still no sign of them” Rainbow Dash said getting a little impatient.
“I'm worried about them too Dash but I'm sure the're on the way right now with help as we speak.” Twilight said.
As soon as Twilight said that, the portal opened up and princess Celestia and princess Luna emerged and landed on the ground. What surprised the ponies is that they saw two hedgehogs on their backs.
“You weren't kidding princess Luna, that was rough." Shadow said getting off of her and re-positioning his quills that got out of place during the journey.
"Oh man.~” Sonic moaned as he was getting off of Celestia, looking a little green. “I never should have eaten so many Chilli Dogs. I think I’m gonna be sick.~"
The ponies looked at the new visitors in suspicion.
"Who...who are they?” Fluttershy asked in a little bit of a scared voice.
"I don't know sugarcube, but let's go and find out." Applejack Said.
"Oooooooooo I hope they like parties! " Pinkie Pie chirped.
Sonic rubbed his head and took some breaths to prevent vomiting and calmed himself. After he was able to collect himself, he saw 6 smaller ponies coming towards them.
"Hey Shadow, are those the ponies the princess Celestia told us about? You know, the ones that wield the elements of harmony?" Sonic asked.
"Yeah I think they are Sonic.” Shadow said nodding.
Sonic smiled.
"Well, we won’t know who they are if we don’t greet them. Come on let's go over and meet them."
As soon as the ponies and the hedgehogs were face to face with each other, Celestia spoke.
"My little ponies, we have returned, and these two hedgehogs that we have brought with us will be helping us to defeat Discord."
"It's nice to meet you two.” Twilight greeted smiling. "I'm Twilight Sparkle and these are my friends Applejack,” AJ tipped her hat.
“Pinkie Pie," Pinkie waved her hoof crazly.
“Rarity," Rarity gave a small bow.
“Rainbow Dash,"
(Rainbow Dash) “Sup?”
“And Fluttershy."
(Fluttershy) “Umm...h-hello.”
"It's nice to meet you 6 ponies. I'm Sonic, Sonic the hedgehog, but just call me Sonic." Sonic greeted with his signature thumbs up.
"And I'm Shadow, Shadow the hedgehog, but just like Sonic just call me Shadow." Shadow greeted with his arms crossed.
"Uh, tell me why do they call you Sonic?" Rainbow asked pointing at the blue hedgehog.
"Why you ask." said Sonic. He then chuckled. "Well it is because I'm the fastest thing alive!!!!"
Then as soon as Sonic said that, Rainbow Dash and all of the ponies started to laugh. Sonic felt somewhat hurt that they were laughing at him.
"Hey, why are you laughing?" Sonic asked.
"Because partner, Dash here is the fastest in all of Equestria." AJ explained pointing at Rainbow Dash.
"Fastest Flier eh?" Sonic asked smirking. “Well then, how about we settle that. How about you and me have a little one on one race?”
He asked with a challenging grin.
"A race!? You are so on." Rainbow accepted with a grin of her own.
“This is gonna be an interesting, but exciting race.” Sonic thought.
"Oh wow a race to see who is really the fastest. I can't wait!!” Pinkie exclaimed bouncing up and down.
Before Luna, Celestia, and Shadow could stop them, the ponies and Sonic were off to a place where Rainbow Dash and Sonic could race.
"Ok, the first one who gets to the everfree forest wins." Rainbow said pointing at a forest far away from them. "You got that Sonic?"
"Got it like it’s behind my hand. This is going to be a blast.” Sonic said.
"Alright darlings, are you ready?” Rarity asked.
The two nodded and got into their racing positions.
“Ready…”
Sonic kneeled on one knee while Rainbow opened her wings.
“Set…”
Sonic leaned forward, ready to take off, while rainbow started flapping her wings a little.
“GO!!!”

The two took off at high speeds, leaving dust in the groups faces. As the dust cloud cleared, all the group saw were two streaks, one solid blue while one being Rainbow heading for the Everfree Forest.
“Woah, I can’t believe we found somepony who is fast as Rainbow Dash.” Twilight said in amazement.
Sonic and Rainbow Dash raced off to everfree forest. Sonic increased his speed and took a slight lead and Rainbow Dash couldn't believe it.
”Amazing. He’s really fast, but no way he can beat me. I’m the fastest flier in all of Equestria. No way a pincushion like him will beat me.” Rainbow thought. She increased her speed and the two speed demons were now neck and neck.
"Gotta say blue boy, it’s been a really long time since I had somepony that can match my speed in a race. You’re not half bad.” Rainbow Dash said grinning.
"Thanks Dash. You're not that bad either. This is far, the best race I’ve ever had in such a long time." Sonic said smirking.
Rainbow felt something in her stomach she couldn’t shake off. It was weird to her, but for some reason, in a good way. However, she ignored the feeling and smirked back.
"But It’s not gonna be enough to beat me. Let’s see you keep up with me now."
Rainbow started to pick up speed, and her wings beated faster and faster, and then BOOOOM!!!! A rainbow ring blasted and she shot forward at high speed. She reached her super sonic rainboom and passed Sonic. Sonic’s eyes widened by her action at reaching such speed. Sonic decided now it was time to get serious.
"Oh, it’s on now Dashie.” Sonic said, also wearing a slight grin on his face.
His legs started picking up speed, and then started spinning in a circle at unbelievable speed. As he went all out and reached his full speed, he created his sonic boom, creating a solid blue ring and leaving a solid blue line behind him. Rainbow turned and saw the blue ring that was behind her. She couldn’t believe what she was seeing. Could Sonic do that? No way. She’s Rainbow Dash, the fastest flier in all of Equestria. There’s no way a hedgehog like him can reach a sonic rainboom. Suddenly, she saw Sonic running up to her and he was smirking. She was in awe as she saw Sonic next to her, with such speed.
“Catch me if you can!” Sonic said and past her again.
”Wow he really is the fastest thing alive, not even I can go that fast.” she thought to herself. Little did she know, a small blush was forming on her cheeks.
Sonic made it to everfree forest first then two seconds later Rainbow Dash came right behind him.
"Man good run Sonic, you really are the fastest thing alive. Bummer I lost, but that was still awesome!" Rainbow dash said beaming
"Hey thanks you weren't that bad yourself. Good race Rainbow." Sonic said holding his hand out to her
Dash smiled and shook Sonic's hand.
"Well done darlings. You two were great." Rarity said as she and the others were coming up to them.
"Um yeah w....well done my friends that was a great race.” Fluttershy said.
"That was amazing!!!! Did you see how fast Sonic was going? I almost couldn't follow it!” Pinkie said beaming with joy.
“*Sigh* Yes Pinkie we saw it.” Twilight said.

Suddenly, Discord came from out of the darkness from the everfree forest and stared at Sonic and the ponies.
“Discord!” The ponies shouted.
”So this is Discord. He doesn’t look that threatening, but I should never judge someone by their unusual appearance. I can sense a lot of power coming from him, and that means big trouble. I better stay on my toes.” Sonic thought.
"Well, well, well. If it isn’t the little ponies of the Elements of Harmony, and I see that your playing with an overgrown rat.” Discord said.
Hearing that made Rainbow upset. How dare he insult Sonic like that.
When Sonic heard what Discord said he was mad.
"Hey! Watch what you say pal! I'm not a rat I'm a hedgehog. And my name is Sonic the hedgehog, and me along with Shadow the hedgehog were sent here to stop you from taking over all of Equestria." Sonic said pointing at the god of Chaos.
"Oh really, well then where is this Shadow the hedgehog you speak of? Discord asked.
"Right behind you.” A voice said from right behind Discord.
Discord turned around and there was Shadow with princess Celestia and princess Luna.
"Oh look who's here, its the princesses with another rat." Discord said chuckling a little.
"A rat am I? Well, I can't wait to fight you dipcord.” Shadow taunted pounding his fist with his hand.
When Discord heard what Shadow just said, he snarled at him.
"IT'S DISCORD YOU LITTLE RODENT DIS-CORD.” He said with an angry look on his face.
(Combat from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers plays)
"Now, before you two fight me, you have to fight my friends." Discord said.
The ponies and hedgehogs were confused, until he held up the Gem of Power. The gem glowed brightly, and little versions of himself came out of the gem.
"Now lets see how powerful you two hedgehogs can be when you fight my little clones.” Discord said.
Shadow looked at the clones and wasn’t impressed.
"Hm these things don't look so tough to me. I'll take care of them myself." He said and lunged forward.
“Shadow Wait!” Sonic said.
Shadow didn’t hear him and jumped into the air and lunged at the clones. He threw a powerful punch at the first clone, which made it fly off its feet and land on the ground. Shadow landed on his own feet and lunged at the second clone. He released a series of punches and kicks at the clone. He threw an uppercut and the clone flew off its feet and landed onto the other clone. With that, Shadow jumped in the air, with his right palm glowing yellow. He rose his hand and shouted, “CHAOS SPEAR!!!!"
The spear like attack shot forth from Shadow and made contact with the clones, creating a small cloud of dust. Shadow landed on his feet and panted a little. Silence fell in the forest, until a small flash of light came from the dust cloud and the two clones shot forward to Shadow.
“What!?”
Before he could react, the clones attacked him with tail swipes, punches and kicks. Shadow tried to block the attacks, but for some random reason, the fists and kicks went right through him and hit him in the direct areas. One of the clones threw an uppercut of its own and landed a direct hit and Shadow was flown off his feet and landed near Sonic and the princesses.
“Shadow, are you alright?” Sonic asked helping him up.
Shadow nodded and rubbed his head.
"Man these guys are stronger than I thought.” Shadow said.
“We won’t beat them if one of us goes in alone. The only way we can beat these clones if we work together.” Sonic said.
Shadow thought for a sec, until he grinned.
“Alright then, let’s take them on together.” He said.
Sonic nodded while smiling.
The two hedgehogs got into their battle stances and faced down the clones, who were standing there doing nothing.
“Let’s do it!” Sonic shouted and the two charged.
The two moved as one and attacked the clones together, letting off kicks and punches.
Sonic jumped back and curled up into a ball and shot forward, doing his spindash attack. The attack landed a direct hit and the clone was thrown off its feet.
The clone Shadow was fighting was throwing punches and kicks at him, but Shadow was dodging.
“CHAOS CONTROL!”
The clone froze in place, leaving the ponies shocked.
Shadow zipped through the clone with powerful punches and attacks, until he landed behind him and snapped his fingers, making small explosions all around the clone.
Sonic charged with a punch ready and attacked, but his clone dodged and returned on of his own. The attack landed and Sonic was flying near Shadow.
Shadow saw this coming, and then grabbed Sonic’s arm and threw him back.
Sonic flew over the ponies, and he saw Rainbow looking at him in awe. He smiled and flashed her a wink, making her blush. He zipped right above them and jumped off a tree and curled up into a ball and did his signature homing attack, and landed a hit on the clone. The clones collided with each other, now deceased by the hedgehogs attacks.
“Let’s Finish this!” Sonic said.
Shadow nodded and the two ran around the clones at high speeds. The wind started picking up, and a red/black/blue tornado was being formed. The tornado grew and felt stronger, and the clones in the center were blown around the tornado.
“Shadow, let’s attack together and finish them off!” Sonic called out.
Shadow nodded and the two jumped into the air with their hands glowing.
“SONIC WIND!”
“CHAOS SPEAR!”
The attacks landed a direct hit on the clones and a massive explosion occurred, making the ponies eyes shut.
The light dimmed and the clones were seen, all smoking, with scratches and marks all over them while Sonic and Shadow were unharmed.
Then, they disappeared back into the gem of power that Discord had in his hand.
"Well, I see you and your friend are stronger than I thought blue hedgehog.” Discord said. "But soon, you and that black and red hedgehog will face me. So watch out because tomorrow the fight for the fate of all Equestria will begin. So long you two HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!"

In a flash he was gone.
“We’ll be ready Discord. Count on it.” Sonic said clenching his fists.
The ponies and the main six waked up to them.
"What's next you guys?” AJ asked the two hedgehogs.
"Are you two going after him?” Pinkie asked.
Sonic shook his head.
"No. Going after him without a plan will be dangerous. Not only that, me and Shadow used up a lot of our energy fighting those clones of his. We’ll face off against him tomorrow. For right now, it’s getting late and Shadow and I need to get some rest and be at our best for the battle tomorrow.”
"For once Sonic, you won't get any argument from me." Shadow said crossing his arms while grinning a little.
"You can stay with me, Rarity, Applejack, Pinkie,Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy and Spike. We were going to have a sleep over anyway." Twilight said smiling.
"Ok sure uh one more thing Twilight, who’s Spike?" Sonic asked.
"I'm Spike.” A voice said from behind Sonic.. Sonic and Shadow turned around, looked down and saw a little purple dragon.
“Well, it's nice to meet you Spike. I'm Sonic the hedgehog.” Sonic greeted.
“Shadow.” Shadow said nodding.
"It's nice to meet you too Sonic, Shadow.” Spike said smiling at the two.
"Ok save the introductions for later. Let’s get some sleep." Rainbow Dash said yawning.
Sonic smiled.
“Agreed.”
The group started walking away, but after five steps, Sonic stopped and saw Shadow walking away in a different direction of the group.
"Hey Shadow, where you going? The Library is this way." Sonic called out.
"I prefer sleeping alone. I’ll see you guys back at Ponyville in the morning before the final battle.” Shadow said walking away.
Before he could get further away from the group, a pair of pink hooves wrapped around his waist in a tight embrace. He looked back and saw Pinkie Pie holding him while smiling.
"Come on Shadow. Don't be such a party pooper." She said.
“I would appreciate if-WOAAAH!!!” Shadow was caught off when Pinkie started pulling him towards the Library.
”So much for sleeping in peace tonight.” Shadow thought.
"Is Pinkie always like this Dash?” Sonic asked while the others walked back.
“All the time. She’s also very random many occasions.” Rainbow said.
As everyone left the everfree forest to go to Twilight's library tree house, Luna looked a little worried.
“Luna, what’s the matter?” Celestia asked her younger sister.
"Well, I just hope these two can beat Discord cause if they fail, Discord wins." Luna said shaking a little.
"They won't fail Luna. They’re very strong and they will put their lives at stake to save us all. Remember, they still have the Chaos Emeralds with them. I know for certain, the Gem of Power’s energy can’t compare to the Emeralds. We must have faith in them.” Celestia said.
"Ok Tia. I’ll keep faith in them.” Luna said smiling a little.
The two royal sister flew back to the castle, going to rest up for tomorrow, for they know the fight for Equestria will begin tomorrow. At the library, Twilight and the others were fast asleep Shadow was sleeping far from them, hoping he could get some peace while he sleeps. Sonic was sleeping on the couch, with a small smile on his face. The main six were asleep in the center of the Library in their sleeping bags, all except one. Rainbow Dash was still awake. She couldn't sleep because she was thinking about Sonic. Something about him was making her heart race faster than she could ever fly before. His attitude, his voice, fitted him perfectly in her eyes. And seeing those emerald eyes that glittered in the sun made her bones turn into jelly. With the thoughts of Sonic continuing to run in her mind, a blush was forming faster than she could fly.
"Oh what's wrong with me? Why am I feeling like this?” She thought. Her brain processed this feeling in her, until her brain snapped.
She couldn’t believe what it was, but what it was, was true.
“Could I...Could I be in love...with Sonic?” She thought.
It was crazy as she thought about it. A pony in love with a hedgehog. It was kind of weird but she couldn't hide what her feelings were telling her. She was falling in love with Sonic the hedgehog. She never been in love before. All the ponies in Equestria don’t really see her as the type of girl to date of fall in love with. She thought she would never find love in Equestria, but ever since Sonic came into her world, her own feeling started forming for him. Sonic was like her. Strong, courageous, always chilled, has a similar shade of blue like her, and has the love for speed. For the longest of times and even they only met in just one day, Sonic made Rainbow so happy, and to be in love. She thought and thought until she made her decision. She would tell Sonic how she really felt about him tomorrow. She snuggled into her sleeping bag and slowly fell asleep. Meanwhile in the everfree forest, Discord was building up more power from the gem of power and growing stronger with each passing minute.
"AH YES!” Discord said. “I CAN FEEL THE POWER OF THE GEM COURSING THROUGH ME! SOON, THOSE PATHETIC HEDGEHOGS ALONG WITH THOSE PONIES WILL DIE, AND EQUESTRIA WILL BE MINE!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! OH I AM SO HAPPY I COULD JUST SING!!"
The next day Sonic got up and looked around at his friends and saw that Shadow and the others were still asleep. Then he saw that Rainbow Dash wasn't in her bed. "Hm I wonder where she is he asked himself?"
Sonic looked all over the library for her but she was nowhere to be found. Then Sonic looked out the window and saw dash kicking a few stones around. "Hmm." Said Sonic.
"hmm I wonder what she's doing out there?"
So Sonic decided to go out to see what dash was up to. Rainbow was still thinking of what to say to Sonic about her love for him. "Hey there Dash." Said a voice.
Dash turnd around to see Sonic coming towards her. Qusestions begain to fill her mind. ("What?" "Oh no he's coming this way. Oh what should I do?" "Should I tell him now?" "But what if he dosen't feel the same way as me?" "What if he hates me forever if I tell him?" "Or what if he does not want to be friends with me anymore?")
She thought and thought until she made her decision. *Sigh* ("Ok thats it.") Said Dash to herself.
("I'm going to tell him how I really feel about him right now." "Ok well here goes nothing.")
"Oh hey Sonic said Dash."
"Are you alight?" Asked Sonic.
"Yeah I'm fine Sonic said Dash."
"Why you ask?"
"Well because your trembling said Sonic."
"Oh well I couldn't get any sleep last night said Dash."
"Really how come?" Asked Sonic.
"Well said Rainbow, I wanted to tell you something and I couldn't decide how to say it."
"I see said Sonic, well what ever it is I just want you to know that you can tell me anything."
Rainbow Dash smiled and decided it was now or never. "Ok Sonic here it gose said Dash."
As she begain to tell him. "Sonic she begain."
"I.....I....I L....I Lov......"
Just then there was a loud bang and both Sonic and Rainbow were thrown clear from where they were sitting. Shadow and the others got up and ran outside as soon they heard the loud noise.
"What was that asked Shadow?"
"I don't know said Twilight, but Sonic and Dash are hurt. "Come on lets see if their alright."
They raced to Sonic and Rainbow's aid as fast as they could. "Hey you guys, asked Applejack?"
"Yeah we're fine said Sonic."
"Man what in all of Equestria happened asked Rainbow Dash?"
"Thats what we would like to know said Applejack."
Then suddenly the whole ground started to shake. "Oh great whats this another earthquake asked Rarity?"
But it wasn't an earthquake as Sonic and the others watched the ground split open and there from the opening crater rosed Discord. Just then princess Celestia and princess Luna arrived just as Discord came up towards the ponies, Sonic, and Shadow. "Why hello my friends." Said Discord.
"Are you ready to start are little fight of ours?"
"Ok first of all we are not your friends you big jerk said Pinkie pie."
"Second Sonic and Shadow are ready to fight you."
"That's right you big bully said Sonic."
"So get ready."
"Well since you asked so nicely then lets fight said Discord."
"But first let me change into something more impressive."
"Oh dear I don't like the sound of that said Fluttershy."
"Nor do I Fluttershy nor do I said Luna."
Then Discord wield up the gem of power as he chanted these words. "GEM OF POWER HEAR MY CRY GIVE ME YOUR UNTOLD AND YOUR ULTIMATE POWER SO I CAN DESTROY MY ENEMIES ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!!"
As soon as he said those words the gem started to glow bright red then suddenly a beam of energy began to engulf Discord. "AH YES!" said Discord.
"NOW YOU PONIES ALONG WITH YOU MEDDLESOME HEDGEHOGS, CELESTIA, AND LUNA YOU ALL SHALL WITNESS MY ULTIMATE AND UNTOLD POWER HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!"
As the red light dimmed there stainding right where Discord was, was a big red dragon. The ponies, Sonic, and Shadow looked up in horror. "Is that Discord?" They asked together."
"Yes everypony and hedgehog said Celestia, that red dragon is Discord."
"Oh man Shadow said Sonic."
"Just look at him that dude is huge."
"I know Sonic said Shadow."
"I think we're in for the biggest fight of our lives."
Sonic and Shadow walked towards Discord to get ready to fight him. "Um princess Celestia asked Twilght?"
Do you think they can defeat Discord?"
Celestia looked at her faithful student and smiled. "Yes Twilight said Celestia."
"I know they can defeat Discord just watch."
As the ponies, Celestia, Luna, and Spike watched they heard Sonic say to the dragon formed Discord. "Hm that was impressive Discord said Sonic."
"Now let me and Showdow show you what we can do when we transform."
"Wait what did he say asked Rainbow to Luna?"
"Just watch Rainbow said Luna."
"You shall see something incredible."

As Twilight, Rarity, Spike, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Pinkie pie, Fluttershy, Celestia, and Luna watched, Sonic and Shadow closed their eyes and crossed their arms. Then seven colorful emeralds appeared out of nowhere and started to circle around Sonic and Shadow.
"Oh wow said Rarity!"
"Just look at those wonderful emeralds."
"Yeah they look good enough to eat said Spike."
As Spike ran to where Sonic and Shadow were Celestia stopped him. "I'm sorry Spike said Celestia."
"But those emeralds are not to eat."
"Aw why not asked Spike?"
"Cause those emeralds have great power said Luna."
"Just watch and you'll find out what I mean."
Then suddenly as soon as Luna finished a big blast of pure energy shot out of Sonic and Shadow. The ponies and the princesses covered their eyes. "Holy cow what is this power asked Applejack?"
"It's incredible said Dash."
"Yeah I've never felt power like this before in my life said Twilight."
"It's the power of the emearlds said Celestia."
"Sonic and Shadow are transforming."
"WOW that power is amazing said Pinkie pie!!!!"
Then slowly the light began to dim and there were Sonic and Shadow but they were differnt now. "O....oh...my...gosh said Fluttershy."
"What happend to them?"
"Yeah said Rarity."
"They now have golden fur and red eyes."
"They have reached their super forms now said Luna."
"HM NOT BAD YOU TWO said a voice."
"What in tarnations who said that asked Applejack?"
"I DID ME DISCORD THE GOD OF CHAOS!!!!"
"So you can still talk huh Discord asked Sonic?"
"YES AND NOW I'M MORE POWERFUL THEN YOU TWO HAHAHAHAHA said Discord!!!!"
"Hm well then said Shadow."
"Let's find out."

Shadow and Sonic flew up in the air and started to attack Discord. "Alright Discord said Sonic."
"Take this SUPER SONIC WIND."
A streak of blue energy shot forth from Sonic and was heading for Discord but then he opened his mouth and swallowed Sonic's attack. "OH BOY said Discord."
"THAT WAS GOOD CAN I HAVE ANOTHER HAHAHAHAHA!!!!"
"Oh man said Sonic."
"He just ate my super sonic wind right up."
"Well then let me try said Shadow."
"CHAOS SPEAR."
The yellow spear's of energy shot forth from Shadow and was heading for Discord but he opened his mouth again and swallowed Shadow's attack as well. "OH MAN YOU TWO ARE TOO MUCH said Discord."
"COME ON GIVE ME MORE OF WHAT YOU CAN DO HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
"Uh-oh said Fluttershy, the're loosing"
"The're not loosing yet Fluttershy said Raindbow Dash."
"Come on Sonic you can do it."
"You two can do it said Applejack."
"Come on Shadow said Rarity."
"Keep it up."
"Yeah show that big fat meanie a one and a two said Pinkie pie."
"Show that dragon Discord that he can't mess with us said Spike."
"Make us proud you two said Celestia and Luna together."
"Man I tell you Sonic said Shadow."
"He's a tough one."
"Yeah but what if we use light speed attack on him asked Sonic?"
"Good idea Sonic said Shadow."
"Now lets do it to it."
"Right said Sonic."
"Here we go."
Then Sonic and Shadow started to spin as Discord looked at them in suspicion. "OH WHAT DO YOU TWO HAVE UP UNDER YOU SLEEVES NOW asked Discord?"
"Should we get going Sonic asked Shadow."
"Sure Shadow Said Sonic."
"Light the way.
Then Sonic and Shadow zoomed off in lightining fast speed. "WHAT'S THIS asked Discord?"
"I CAN'T FOLLOW THEIR MOVEMENTS."
"Wow now that's fast said Raindow Dash."
"You ain't kidding surgarcube said Applejack."
"Check out our speed now Discord said Sonic."
"Yeah just try to catch us now said Shadow."

"HM ALRIGHT I WILL said Discord, with an evil smile on his face.
"LET"S SEE IF YOU GUYS LIKE MY FREEZING SPELL HAHAHAHAHA!!!!"
After saying that Discord then snaped his fingers and then Sonic and Shadow found that they couldn't move. "Hey what is this asked Sonic?"
"I can't move."
"I can't move either Sonic said Shadow."
"Oh no they're in trouble said the ponies, Spike, Celestia, and Luna together."
"NOW said Discord."
"WHICH ONE OF YOU HEDGEHOGS SHOULD I KILL FIRST."
Then to Dash's horror Discord looked at Sonic. "NOW I'VE GOT IT I PICK YOU SONIC HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!"
"SONIC Rainbow Dash screamed!!!!"
As Discord started to open his mouth a fire ball started to form. "NOW DIE SONIC THE HEDGEHOG said Discord!!!!"
Then the fire ball shot out of Discord's mouth heading towards Sonic. Suddenly the ponies, Spike, Celestia, and Luna saw Rainbow Dash heading towards Sonic and the big ball of fire. "Rainbow don't, don't do it said Applejack."
"Please come back Rainbow said Futtershy."
"Don't be a hero darling said Rarity."
("Oh Rainbow I just hope you know what you are doing) Twilight said to herself."
"Oh child please be careful said Celestia and Luna together."
"Oh I can't look said Spike."
"DASH Pinkie Pie scremed!!!!"
Sonic closed his eyes and prepared for the fire blast to hit him, but then he heard a loud scream.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!."
As Sonic opened his eyes he was on the ground and saw Rainbow on top of him. "Rainbow, Rainbow, are you alright asked Sonic?"
"Answer me please Dash."
Rainbow weakly opened her eyes and looked up at Sonic and smiled, what happend was Rainbow had covered Sonic just in time as the blast made a direct hit on Rainbow's back and they both started to fall out of the sky. But thankfuly Shadow broke free from the spell that Discord had put on him and Sonic. Then he flew down and caught Sonic and Rainbow just in time before they hit the ground. Sonic was alright but Rainbow was severely hurt and now she was slowly dying.
"S...Son...Sonic said Rainbow weakly."
"I'm not......I'm not going to make.......to make it."
Just then the ponies, with Shadow, Spike, Celestia, and Luna walked up to Sonic and Rainbow Dash as tears started to fall out of their eyes. "Oh Rainbow said Sonic."
"This is all my fault if it wasn't for me none of this."
"Stop Sonic said Dash putting a hoove over his mouth."
"This......this wasn't your fault o....ok."
"R...remem....remember I....I wanted t....to tell you s.....somethig?" Asked Dash.
W...when we w.....were sitting down o.....on the.....bench."
"Yeah I remember said Sonic."
"W...well said Rainbow."

As soon as she said those words tears started to form into Sonic's eyes. "I love you too Rainbow Dash said Sonic."
He tried to shake her awake but to no avail she was gone. "No, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!" Cried Sonic.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA laughed Discord."
"HOW TOUCHING A PEGUSES AND A HEDGEHOG IN LOVE OH THAT IS RICH."
Just then the chaos emeralds turned black, Sonic's eyes turned white, and his fur turned black.
"Whats happining to Sonic?" Asked the ponies, Spike, Celestia, and Luna toghether.
"He has transformed into his dark form super dark Sonic said Shadow."
"DISCORD YOU, YOU MONSTER said Sonic!!!!"
Sonic powered up and then he headed right for Discord. "HM ALRIGHT TAKE THIS HEDGEHOG said Discord!!!!"
Then Discord swung his tail and hit Sonic so hard that he was heading right towards Shadow. "Shadow look out said Twilight."
But it was too late Sonic had collided with Shadow knocking them both unconsious making a big crater in the ground. "AH YES, YES, YES, said Discord."
"I HAVE DONE IT I'VE FINALY WON HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!
"No this can't be said Celestia."
"Discord is more powerful then we thought said Luna."
"What are we going to do now Celestia asked the ponies together?"
"I don't know ponies said Celestia."
"I just don't know."
Meanwhile in the crator where Sonic and Shadow laid. "Oh man Sonic are you ok asked Shadow?"
"Yeah I'm ok, but what happend asked Sonic?"
"We lost Sonic said Shadow."
"Discord has won."
"No I can't belive it said Sonic."
"You haven't lost yet you two said a voice."
"Whose there saked Shadow?"
Suddenly a ghostly figure of a human boy appeared right in front of Sonic. "Chris hey Chris buddy is that you asked Sonic?"
"Yes Sonic it's me said Chris"
"Listen Sonic you and Shadow can still win said Chris."
"He's right you and my Shadow can still win Sonic said another voice."
"HUH I know that voice said Shadow."
"Maria, Maria is that you?"
As soon as he said that then a ghostly figure of a young girl appeared right next to Chris. "Come on Shadow it's time you and Sonic united together as one said Maria."
"Yeah come on Sonic show that monster what you and Shadow can do when you are united as one said Chris."
Then more ghostly figures of Sonic's and Shadow's friends appeared. "Sonic and Shadow they said together."
"You two have the power now use it and beat that monster once and for all."
As soon as they said that Sonic and Shadow's eyes opened wide. "Shadow you thinking what I'm thinking asked Sonic?"
"Yeah said Shadow."
"Let's show that creap the real power of the chaos emeralds."
"Then let's do it said Sonic."
Meanwhile back on the surface Discord was about to kill the ponies, Spike, Celestia, and Luna when suddenly the ground started to shake from underneath them. "Oh now what is happening asked Applejack?"
"I don't know but look at the emeralds said Celestia."
"I don't believe it they're, they're growing said Luna."
Then suddenly they looked at the crater where Sonic and Shadow were. Just then Sonic and shadow rose up from the hole. "Ha I can't believe it they'er alive said Pinkie!!!!"
"NO THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE said Discord!!!!"
"HM YOU ACTUALLY THOUGHT YOU COULD BEAT US DISCORD BY TRANSFORMING INTO A MONSTER said Sonic!!!!"
"WHAT'S GOING ON HERE asked Discord?"
"WELL DISCORD said Shadow."
"WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BEHOLD THE ULTIMATE POWER!!!!"
"THERE'S ONLY ONE WAY TO GO said Sonic!!!!"
"SHADOW ARE YOU READY?"
"YES SONIC I'M READY said Shadow."
" I'M READY!!!!"
"OK THEN HERE WE GO said Sonic!!!!"
"CHAOS CONTROL said Sonic and Shadow together!!!!"
Then a huge bright light formed and the ponies, Spike, Celestia, and Luna covred their eyes.
"Wow what is that bright light asked Rarity?"
"I don't know Rarity but the power it is letting off is amazing said Fluttershy!!!!"
In no time the light dimmed and there where Sonic and Shadow were stood a hedgehog with red and white fur with red eyes. "WHAT WHO ARE YOU asked Discord?"
"ARE YOU SONIC OR ARE YOU SHADOW?"
"I'm neither Sonic or Shadow I am the hedgehog that will destory you I'm Shadic, SHADIC THE HEDGEHOG!!!!!"
The ponies, Spike, Celestia, and Luna looked at Shadic in amasement. "This is, this is incredible!!" said Celestia.
"Oh dear sister you were right to have faith in Sonic and Shadow." said Luna.
"They joined together to create one hedgehog." said Twilight.
"Oh man what power." said Spike.
"Hey guys look." Said Fluttershy, as Shadic begain to walk towards Rainbow's lifeless body.
"Now what intarnations is he up to?" Asked Applejack.
As they looked on Shadic put his hand on Rainbow, just then Rarity came up to Shadic. "Um Sadic what are you doing?" she asked
Shadic turned to Rarity and smiled. "I'm going to revive Rainbow Dash, Rarity." He said
"Your going to revive her but how?" Rarity asked
"Like this." Said Shadic.
As soon as Shadic said that a green orb of energy was forming around Rainbow. Just then the green orb went into Rainbow's body and in no time Dash's injuries started to heal up. "Oh i hope he can revive Rainbow." Said Applejack.
"Me too Applejack me too." said Fluttershy.
"Have faith in Shadic ponies." said Celestia.
"Yeah if anypony or in this case anyhedgehog can revive Rainbow Dash it's Shadic." said Luna
"Hey look everypony I think he's done." said Spike.
Sure enough Shadic lowered his hand and bent down towards Dash and held her in his arms. As Rainbow's friends approached them Rainbow's eyes slowly opend. "Wha....what happend?" She asked.
"RAINBOW DASH YOUR ALIVE!!!!" said the ponies, Spike, Celestia, and Luna together.
Rainbow looked at her friends and smiled. Then she looked up at the white and red hedgehog. "Who, who are you?" Asked Dash.
Then see looked again. "S....Sonic is that you and where is Shadow?" she asked
"Oh Dashie this is Sonic and Shadow they both transformed into one hedgehog called Shadic!!!!" Said Pinkie pie.
Rainbow couldn't belive it. Then she looked into Shadic eyes and realized that Pinkie was telling the truth.
"Oh Sonic it is you!!!!" She said hugging Shadic.
The ponies, Spike, Celestia, and Luna smiled at Dash and Shadic until Discord interrupted them. "HEY HAVE YOU PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A HEDGEHOG FORGOT ABOUT ME? asked Discord.
"No I have not." said Shadic.
"THEN LET'S CONTINUE THIS LITTLE FIGHT OF OURS HAHAHAHAHAHAHA." Said Discord.
"Yeah let's do this Discord." Said Shadic.
As Shadic flew off to fight Discord, Rainbow Dash never looked away from him. "Be careful Sonic my love." she said to herself

"AH AT LAST THIS SHALL BE THE FIRST AND FINAL BATTLE WITH YOU SHADIC THE HEDGEHOG." Said Discord.
"Well then let's see what you can do against me Discord." Said Shadic.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!" laughed Discord.
"Hey whats so funny?" Asked Shadic
"HA YOU SHADIC." Said Discord
"MY POWER IS STILL WAY MORE STRONGER THEN YOURS LET ME SHOW YOU WHAT I MEAN.HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!" Said Discord
"Hm bring it on Discord." Said Shadic.
"OK THEN YOU ASKED FOR IT JUST TRY TO STOP THIS." Said Discord.
"SUPER DRAGON FIRE BLAST!!!!"
"Alright then here gose nothing take this Discord." Said Shadic
"CHAOS BEAM FIRE!!!!"
The two attacks collided with each other. Both Shadic and Discords power were equally matched. "NOT BAD SHADIC BUT I'M ALL POWERFUL HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!"
Just then Discord used the gem of power's full power and his dragon fire was drawing closer to Shadic. "Oh no Shadic's loosing." Said Twilight.
"Oh what are we gonna do, what are we gonna do?" asked Pinkie
"I think me and my sisster have an idea." said Celestia.
"Really what?" Asked Rarity.
"Well what if you girls use the elements of harmony on Shadic? Asked Luna
"But what if the elements of harmony turn Shadic to stone?" Asked Fluttershy.
"No they won't." Said Celestia
"Remember the elements of harmony only destroys evil and Shadic is not evil."
"Oh I get it now." Said Applejack
"If we use the elements of harmony on Shadic then he will get stronger."
"Yes that is what we have to do." Said Celestia
"Ok everypony take your position." Said Twilight.
When they got to position Discord saw what they were doing and he just laughed. "HAHAHAHAHAHA YOU SIX ARE USING THE ELEMENTS OF HARMONY AGAIN DO YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENED THE LAST TIME YOU USED THEM?" Asked Discord smirkenly.
The ponies just laughed and then Twilight spoke up. "Who said we were going to use the elements of harmony on you." She asked.
"WHAT, WHAT DO YOU MEAN? Asked Discord.
"You'll see partner." Said Applejack.
"Now girls." Said Twilight.
The elements began to glow bright then the power of the elements shot into Shadic. "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA." laughed Discord.
"THAT"S WHAT YOUR PLANING?" Asked Dsicord
"TO TURN SHADIC INTO STONE?"
"OH WELL THANK YOU ALL SO YERY MUCH."
"Oh we're not using them to turn Shadic into stone you big fat meanie." Said Fluttershy
"WHAT, THEN WHAT ARE YOU USING THE ELEMENTS ON HIM THEN?" Asked Discord.
"Oh nothing just look at Shadic and find out for yourself." Said Rainbow Dash.
Discord looked at Shadic and saw that he wasn't being turned to stone but getting stronger thanks to the elements of harmony. "OH NO." Said Discord.
"I'M SUCH A FOOL THE ELEMENTS OF HARMONY ONLY TURNS ONE INTO STONE IF THEY HAVE DARKNESS IN THEIR HEART BUT SINCE SHADIC DOESN'T HAVE DARKNESS IN HIS HEART THE ELEMENTS OF HARMONY ARE MAKING HIM STRONGER."
"Now Discord feel my power." said Shadic.
Then a huge jolt of energy shot forth from Shadic and much to Discord's dismay Shadic attack was stronger then his own attack. "NO, NO!!!!" Said Discord.
"THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING TO ME!!!!"
"WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?"
"I told you." Said Shadic.
"I'm Shadic, SHADIC THE HEDGEHOG!!!!"
"I CAN'T LOOSE I JUST CAN'T." Said Discord.
He tried everything to power up even more but to no avail and Shadic knew this.
"THE NIGHTMARE IS OVER DISCORD DIE!!!!" Said Shadic.
Suddenly Shadic let out more of his power out and Discord was ingulfed in the beam of light. "NO, NO, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!" Said Discord, as he disappeared into nothingness.

As for the gem of power it shatterd into millions of pieces. "Shadic did it Discord's gone!!!!" Said Rarity
"Way to go Shadic!!!!" Said Twilight.
"Oh my gosh I can't beleive it he did it, he did it!!!!" Said Pinkie pie.
Then they saw not Shadic but Sonic and Shadow coming towards them. "SONIC YOU DID IT, YOU DID IT!!!!" Said Rainbow Dash.
"Yes Rainbow." Said Sonic hugging her.
"Now it's finally all over."
"Yes it is and we are so proud of you both." Said Celestia.
"Thank you your magesty." Said Shadow.
"I'm guessing you two have to leave now?" Asked Luna.
"Yes I'm afraid so." Said Sonic.
The Two ailicorns noded and began to power up their horns.
(Worth a chance from Sonic and the Secret Rings plays)
"Well I guess this is it huh guys?" Asked Fluttershy
"Yes it is Fluttershy." Said Shadow.
"Well goodbye everypony." Said Sonic.
The ponies all walked up towards Sonic and Shadow. "We will miss you partners and when you do come back you two need to try some of my apples." said Applejack.
"Ok we will Applejack." Said Sonic.
"Come back and see us soon darlings." Said Rarity.
"You got it Rarity." Said Shadow.
"Yeah you need to come back because I didn't get to throw you a welcome party so when you two do come back I'll throw a welcome back party!!!!" Said Pinkie pie.
"Ha don't worry Pinkie we will be back so get ready to throw that welcome back party." Said Sonic
"Oh man I'm going to miss you guys." Said Spike
"And we will miss you too spike." Said Shadow.
"Thank you for taking care of Discord." Said Twilight.
"No problem Twilight." Said Sonic.
Just then the portal to Mobius appeared and Sonic and Shadow were ready to go home.
"Hey wait a minute where is Rainbow Dash?" Asked Sonic.
"I don't know she was just here." Said Twilight.
"I'll go and find her." said Sonic.
"Why Sonic?" Asked Shadow.
"Becuase Shadow I don't wan't to leave without saying goodbye to her." Said Sonic.
"I understand Sonic." Said Shadow.
In a flash Sonic raced off to find Rainbow. Meanwhile Rainbow Dash was at the entrance to the everfree forest crying hard because Sonic was leaving and she didn't want him to go she felt that her heart was starting to break by the thought of never seeing Sonic again. "Hey Dash." Said a voice.
Rainbow turned around and saw Sonic standing there behind her. "OH SONIC!!!!" Rainbow Dash said.
"Rainbow what are you whoa."
Before Sonic could say anything else Dash knocked him down and started to cry uncontrollably on his shoulder. "OH SONIC PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME I LOVE YOU SO VERY MUCH SONIC THAT I JUST DON"T WANT YOU TO LEAVE PLEASE DON'T GO." Said Dash still crying hard.
Sonic looked at Dash and whispered into her ear. "It's ok Dash just let it out, that is it just let it all out." He Said.
A few minutes had passed and Sonic decided that Rainbow had cryed enough "Uh Rainbow could you get off of me please?" He asked.
"Oh sorry Sonic." Said Dash calming down a bit.
"Um Sonic do....do you really have to leave?" She asked
"Yes Dash I'm sorry but I have to." Said Sonic.
"But you will come back to me right Sonic?" Asked Dash
"Of course I will Dash you think I won't after that great race that we did yesterday huh?" asked Sonic.
Rainbow smiled and then she went up and kissed Sonic.

Later that day Sonic and Shadow were ready to go home. "Goodbye you two." Said Celestia.
"Yes goodbye and goodluck you two." Said Luna.
Sonic and Shadow both nodded and then they both stepped into the portal. Before the portal closed Sonic and Shadow waved goodbye to their new friends. "Goodbye Sonic my love I'll never forget you and someday we will see each other again I love you." Said Dash as she saw the portal disappear.
