This story is a sequel to Rider on the Storm

Shortly after slipping out of Twilight's new school on account of it's boring lessons, the Young Six spend some quality time hanging out in the old Castle of the Two Sisters, deep in the Everfree Forest. With plenty of food provided by their friend Sandbar, they settle in for the night, swapping stories about their lives.
Unfortunately, one of Sandbar's stories involves the attack on Canterlot by the late Storm King.
This brings back some traumatic memories about Silverstream's own encounter with Anonymous - one of his commanders - during his separate attack on Mt. Aris, and how she only just barely managed to escape his clutches. And although Sandbar understands all too well what she's been through, the rest of her friends are in for quite a shock when they hear her recount the harrowing experience.

A little thing written in a few days to shake off some pretty severe writer's block, with the initial excuse of making it a Halloween special.
Takes place during the Season 8 premiere, School Daze.
Reading Rider on the Storm is strongly recommended if you want any idea about what's going on here. I'm told it's a fun read.

Chrysalis might be one of the most evil, vile, and dastardly villains that Equestria has ever known. She might have been responsible for nearly destroying the world more than once, she might even be a soul-sicking, shapeshifting monster, but she is still a mare.

She had never been given a genuine, honest compliment from someone that wasn't under threat or stuffed into a feeding pod or mind controlled. Today that is going to change.

I wanted to just enjoy going to Supanova with some friends. As embrassing as losing a bet, my punishment being going dressed as Raven from Teen Titans is, I'm not going to let it spoil my fun.

However, waking up in the world of My Little Pony as Raven herself might spoil that fun. I mean, being an empath in MLP... after the Changeling Invasion at the wedding?

Yeah. I don't see any problems for me from that. Not to mention keeping my new powers under control when they're tied to my emotions and I haven't had all the years of training Raven did.

And let's not forget that my new powers are shadow magic, so basically Dark Magic. I don't see that causing me any problems socially, either. Nope. None at all.

T due to Scenes of Violence, Blood, (hence the Gore tag) sometimes and nudity of a young girl and other things.

Adventure and Slice of Life tags would be here if they didn't go against each other, plus there was no room. Sex tag mostly for when Raven is nude and how she talks about sex and similar things with the ponies at times.

And so begin a new tale.

1. Half of "dark" tags are there as precaution because i will skimps over a bit but very rarely. for example Non-consensual will be use one time on no-name one-time oc character in a flashback. as far as i planned currently.
2. This is my first time writing a long novel. I promised to post the full plot outline somewhere if I somehow unable to finish it.

So... I met Discord. Cool guy, if I do say so myself. We were actually having a nice chat, but something made his powers go haywire and drag him back to Equestria, with me along for the ride. Oh yeah, I also became my OC Lightning Blaze, a vampony filly with the power to control Fire, Lightning and Darkness. So now I have to cope with conflicting memories, powers that I know next to nothing on how to control and how strong they are, cybernetic limbs, ponies treating me like a kid (which I guess I am now), and overall, trying to not get put into an orphanage because I am an orphan now. Fan-flaming-tastic.

Oh, and apparently, Diamond Tiara has a crush on me. Help.

For those of you who followed the pre-rewrite, this is a completely new plot with only a few details from the old one. Hope it's better than that cringey thing.

Cover art doesn't show it, but Blaze's front hooves are actually cybernetic enhancements due to reasons that will be explained on the story.

Engineer spent her childhood equipping the greatest army equestria had ever seen. But after it was defeated she was sealed in stone by the Alicorn Princesses.

Over a thousand years later Grogar decided to recruit a team of villans , and use them to conquer equestria.

He tracked down the Engineer and found her statue in the remains of the castle of the two sisters, he freed her from her stone prison and is offering her an opportunity for revenge.

After the ending of "MMMystery on the Friendship Express", Gustave le Grand takes great notice in the one mare who did NOT take a bite of the cake and also gave her part to solving the mystery and always kept her attitude at calm when others lost it.

What does this proud baker exactly feel and how is this mare unlike any pony he has ever met? And who says you can't have your cake and eat it, too? Especially when eating it means the start of an unlikely but very much wonderful friendship...

Author's Note: Ever since that 'MMMystery' episode aired, I had HOPED people would bring in some Gustave le Grand stories into this site the way we've been given some good PinkiexJoe ones. I mean, he's the second GRIFFIN to appear on the show since Gilda! Glad to be one of the first to make one! ;)
