Maybe it's the long-term effects of magic on the human brain. Maybe it's the eccentricity of genius. Whatever the case, Sunset Shimmer needs to defuse a sub-critical Twilight Sparkle, and she needs to do so before scalpels get involved.

An entry in the Crazy Cybernetics Story Contest. Rated Teen for suggestive concepts north of what EqG could get away with. Crosses over on the level of the tabletop game; no actual entities from the Warhammer universe appear in this story and no familiarity with it should be necessary.

Vulkan, the Primarch of the Salamanders, is known for his unwavering sense of honor, compassion for others, and his unmatched strength. Unlike many of the other Primarchs who tend to lean toward more brutal or cold philosophies, Vulkan’s story is one of selflessness and the protection of those who cannot protect themselves. His arrival in Equestria would likely involve him not only confronting threats to the land, but also teaching lessons of sacrifice, empathy, and the importance of standing strong against evil.

Let’s dive into a tale where Vulkan, a towering, godlike warrior, finds himself in a world that values harmony, but needs to be reminded of the strength that comes from unity in the face of overwhelming darkness.

Unfortunately, on one fateful day, they learned that they are not the only ones that live among the stars. Brother Sargent Valerian of the Ultramarines is ripped from the battlefield. Summoned to a foreign realm, with his summoners dead set on using him to conquer the land know as Equestria. This, however, is not all. His summoners are not human. While he may not know where he is, Valerian is certain of one thing. By the Emperor, these Xenos will be purged.

FOR THE EMPEROR!!!

*AUTHOR'S NOTE*
Man idk where the hell I came up with this idea, but I really wanted to make something showcasing a strong enemy against Equestria. One that the magic of friendship simply won't cut it against. Hopefully my imagination gives you an interesting story.

Also I cannot find the source of the cover image. I found it on Wallpaper Flare and although I searched I could not find the original creator, thus, Wallpaper Flare is linked as the source.

A Company of Astartes has touched down on Equestria, intent on wiping out its heretical xeno inhabitants. Surprisingly enough, this ends somewhat favorably for all parties involved, and thanks to the Administratum of all institutions.

WARNING: This story contains flagrant canon defilement, horrifically out-of-character Astartes, heresy on crack, and bureaucratic red tape. Take seriously at your own risk.

Princess Celestia: Goddess of the Sun, ruler of Equestria, beloved Princess of ponies. She is loved by all, and loves all in return. A calm and wise ruler, she sits on the throne in Canterlot, maintaining peace and harmony throughout the land.

What most don't know is that her past is much darker: She was once a commander of legions, a warrior and scientist of unmatched skill. Thousands of monsters and abominations fell to her forces, slain in the name of an old leader, one entombed within his own throne. Free of her old form, free of the powers of Chaos, she was cast into a new realm, in a new form, with a new lease on life.

She is the God Emperor, Eternal Ruler of Equestria and Lord of the Imperium of Man.

This story is a sequel to The God Empress of Ponykind

One thousand years ago, Luna, Warmistress of Equestria and sister of Empress Celestia, fell to the powers of Chaos and plunged Equestria into a brutal civil war. The Traitors were defeated, but not before Luna made the ultimate sacrifice and was sealed away in the Immaterium with only the soul of a slain Primarch to keep her company. For a millennium she has been locked away, waiting for a chance to return to her home and her sister.

Now, she has been freed from the Immaterium, and as she takes her first steps in a new Equestria, one ruled by the powers of Harmony, only one question remains:

Does Equestria still need the services of a Warmistress?

"Captain...Lord Captain's Log: Date... what? I don't.... I have awoken. I am covered in bandages and medical devices. I... have no recollection of who I am and what I'm doing here. My doctor says it's amnesia. Boy, if that's all that was wrong with me today... everybody around me is expecting me to be somebody important, somebody grand and impressive. I hope I still am. I had best get my act together, whatever it is, before whoever my boss is finds out that I don't remember what my job is. I mean, what even is a Rogue Trader, anyway?

...That's it. End log."

This story is a sequel to Entrenchment

The 38th Company brought many strange and novel things to Equestria.
Technology beyond Canterlot's wildest fantasies. Horrors beyond its bloodiest nightmares.
War, strife, blight, and the dominion of monstrous gods long hidden from the eyes of Equestria's innocent populace.

But the planet known as Centaur III knew the touch of dark magics and evil cults long before the Iron Warriors took their first step upon its soil and constructed their blasphemous idols.
The plot to plunge the world into darkness left many wounds and ancient grudges to fester.
The story of the thestrals, the bat-winged soldiers of the Lunar Guard, is one of misery, bitterness, and betrayal. Their history is little more than desperate quests for power and anticlimactic failures, all mere footnotes now as the survivors quietly return to service under their humbled, purified Princess.

Alas, some scars do not heal.
You reap what you sow.
