1. I enjoy writing fight scenes, so this story will be more violent than most MLP stories you'll find... I think. It won't be grimdark violence, but still.

Affection therapy: a new and innovative practice in Equestria wherein the patient/subject is calmed and relaxed through simple displays of platonic affection, such as ear scratches, nose boops, and belly rubs. It's surprisingly effective, and leaves the pony happy and content. The strangest thing, however, is that you, a simple human living in Ponyville, 'invented' this practice completely by accident.

*I wrote this a long time ago, before Every Little Thing She Does aired. The first chapter takes place between No Second Prances and that episode, and I decided to touch it up and release it now as an early Christmas gift to you guys, as a simple piece of cute, platonic fluff. Underneath the school, there is an underground comedy club where students get to hear the student six host a series of mock trials of all the things, places, and characters that annoy or frustrate them. With Spike as the judge and jury, what would he decide to be - The Root of All Evil?

The Cutie Mark Crusaders have dealt with their fair share of pranks, both giving and receiving. It's fun to dish out the pranks and receiving them can be taken in stride. There are times when pranks can go too far on the receiving end however.

Starlight Glimmer finds a book in the basement of the Friendship Castle. It gives off a bad vibe, so Starlight asks Twilight to help study it's contents. What they find is both interesting and disturbing. But also humorous!

Twilight Sparkle had thought that she'd cured Fluttershy of the bat influence, but it soon transpires that she was mistaken; now with their friend at risk of serious injury or death every night, Twilight and the others must do everything they can to keep her safe while they search for a more permanent solution.
