I like the concept, except there's kind of an easy way to tell if she's really lost her memory or not. Chryssy is still an unredeemed changeling, which means she'd presumably be driven by a hunger for love. Since it was her pride and anger that kept her from joining with the others in the hive in their metamorphosis, an amnesiac Chrysalis would likely have no problem with sharing her love. I'd expect that a few months with Celestia would end up with Chrysalis looking like this:

If it is an act Chrysi has been practicing...a lot.
.... What if her being alone has finally made her go insane and she figured that it was her memories that were doing that, so she cut them out and the spell backlashed at her, sending her flying all the way to Canterlot? This would explain why she seems to act like a filly as the spell would have gotten rid of all of her memories, but left her knowledge alone while knocking her out. That's why she's able to easily levitate the guards and use magic.
I really hope this is no trick. This seems very cute and I would greatly love to see where it goes. Hehe maybe Chrissy going on to call Celestia Mommy

On a more serious note...
My main critique of this is that I think it's moving a bit too quickly as far as the way it is written. It feels really kinda bare bones. The comedic nature of the dialogue is on point, but the flow between the various comedic exchanges and the potential emotional side of things with Chrysalis' (alleged) amnesia could use some work to flesh it out, make things flow better and make the story as a whole more satisfying. I am enjoying this, make no mistake about that, just figured I would offer some constructive criticism in the hopes of improvement.

I really wonder where this is going! And I hope that Chrysalis somehow regains her memories, yet feeling as if she could befriend ponies now that she has some new memories to sink in with the old ones. And no crayon-tf, please!
