Of course, Discord on his own is powerful enough to handle MOST villains and monsters so anything big enough to require him to bare one of the Elements of Harmony has to pretty big indeed. Still, you did (and are doing) a very good job on the alternate universe characterizations. A good compromise between their canon personalities and those of the characters they are portraying/replacing. At any rate, I will definitely be looking forward to more of this as soon as time and inspiration will allow.

7183484 Considering that most people thought of Luna as nothing more than a myth (Twilight Sparkle and Sunset Shimmer more so considering how close they were to Celestia), it seems to me that Celestia wanted to hide her mistakes from the world. I think it was a good take on what an evil Celestia would do and for some reason it felt in-character.

As for this universe's Sunset, I'm willing to wager that she is either the canon Moondancer, Trixie (except she actually DOES have the power to back up the majority of her boasts) or Starlight herself in this universe (though she might also be this universe's answer to the canon Cadance), though I will freely admit that I could be wrong on any of the guesses.

But now that you mention it, I suppose I could have taken it even darker but I still wanted to keep this story funny and the darker route I would probably think up certainly wouldn't be and I'd have to bump up the rating as well and I don't do mature stories as a personal rule of mine.

I don't know who is more adorable, Starlight and Discord, or Chrysalis and Iron Will. I liked how developed their characters felt, and that they aren't just "the Mane 6 who look like other characters".
