This story is a sequel to Interview with a Batpony

Many months have passed since Twilight Sparkle, now crowned Princess of Equestria, managed to conduct an interview with Midnight Wind, an amiable batpony that came to stay in Ponyville. She gained incredible answers, yet emerged with a lot of questions still. Now, as another meeting is set, she desires to know even more about his species.

But some tapes are never meant to be shared with the public...

Fifty years after the portal between Equestria and Earth opened, humans and ponies have managed to merge their two cultures together, letting each species live among one another and, in some cases, form strong relationships. Thanks to the combined efforts of pony magic and human science, these families have given birth to children. In more recent years, pony/human hybrids, dubbed “anthros”, have started becoming more of a common sight in some regions, but still a rare sight in others. Along with their rarity, it has not been uncommon for Anthros to suffer from hate and discrimination from less welcoming members of the communities.

Despite this, many of the Anthros have managed to overcome the discrimination they’ve face and go on to become more successful in life in their still rather young lives.

Melody, a young thestral anthro, has just been accepted into Aurora Academy, the largest multi-species school in the country. Now she has to deal with balancing classes, friends, hobbies, and trying to deal with her roommate.

After the invention of radio, DJ-P0n3 (aka Vinyl Scratch) holds the first Equestrian talk show with her co-host Octavia. Octavia quickly finds out her superior is very eccentric, leading their broadcast to be constantly derailed, yet somehow remain popular. These episodes were recorded for historical significance and transcribed. These are the Vinyl Scratch Tapes.

In every event, there are a million offshoots and effects, none really able to be fit into a normal narrative. Here is a collection of one-shots and mini-arcs spun out of The Elements of Harmony and the Savior of Worlds, so knowledge of that series will help immensely. Although I will do my best to make it as accessible as possible.

All side-stories so far take place after the end of The Elements of Harmony and the Savior of Worlds.
The cast will be varied, as will be the stories, but all are canon.

Chapter Two: Time Enough for All: The Doctor has spent nearly nine hundred years in Equestria, most it an extended vacation. But news of giants in Ponyville draw him out of semi-retirement.
Chapter Three: Contact Part One: Old Memories: Chip delivers the Princess' message to President Abernathy, which stirs old memories.
Chapter Four: Contact Part Two: Meetings and Greetings: Equestria makes formal contact with Earth, and an old mystery is finally put to rest.
Chapter Five: Family reunion Part One: The Best of intentions: Dinky sets out to reunite her father with his closest friends, roping her sister and the rest of the Cutie Mark Crusaders on a journey across time and space.
Chapter Six: Family Reunion Part Two: Memories: The TARDIS arrives at Earth, reuniting the Doctor with his past.
Chapter Seven: Shape up or Slaughter Out!: Shining Armor gets some help from an old warhorse to finish what he started with the Royal Guard.
Chapter Eight: How Christmas was Saved... Sort of: A short tale of how Santa Claus was saved one Christmas Or Megan had too much eggnog.

Bat Ponies have returned to Equestria following the return of Princess Luna from her 1000 year banishment.

While most of Equestria is slow to trust these strange night worshipping creatures, for one pony, it represents a perfect new avenue of study.

When a Bat Pony comes to live in Ponyville, Twilight jumps at the chance to ask him a few questions. What she didn't expect was the condition that came with those questions: That she let him take her out to dinner first.

Just a quick little story that kept on growing as it developed. The story was inspired by, and based off of a sketch image originally drawn by Jaxonian which was put up for adoption into a story.

Contains a small amount of blood towards the end of the story. Teen rating because of that.

One thousand years ago, Celestia failed to reach out to her sister and save her from the darkness that consumed her. In her sorrow, she was forced to seal her within the Moon.

Five years ago, Sunset Shimmer, Celestia's personal student, also turned twords a darker path. Celestia once again sought to save somepony she cared about from falling onto a dark path. This time, she succeeded...

The first story of the Sunsetverse, join Sunset Shimmer and Twilight Sparkle, Celestia's personal students, as they are sent to Ponyville to oversee the Summer Sun Celebration. Oh, and make some friends. Sunset's not so sure how that counts as a job, but it would probably be a good thing for Twilight. Poor girl's obsessed with some Mare in the Moon legend she read. A few days out of the library and interacting with other ponies would only be a good thing for her, right? After all, there is no way Nightmare Moon is real.

Just a few weeks after defeating the Lizard, teenage super hero Scootaloo, aka the Amazing Spider-Mare, is continuing her crusade against crime. However, the Daily Bugle, a widely popular newspaper, begins a smear campaign against the wall crawler. Meanwhile Scootaloo's class mate and frequent enemy, Diamond Tiara, begins her own journey of self discovery. Trying to protect her father from the leader of Manehattan's criminal underworld, Mr. Fiscal, she dawns the guise of the Black Cat. However Spider-Mare gets in the way trying to stop Diamond from making choices she can't take back. Who will win in this game if Cat and Spider?

After stumbling upon the secret history between her mentor and the Queen of the Changelings, Twilight now finds herself in a position to put an end to the Pony-Changeling conflict...if she can just deal with all the craziness around her.

Alongside Chrysalis herself, Prince Blueblood, and her friends, Twilight must now visit the home of Chrysalis' Changelings, to ascertain for herself, whether or not the Changelings can live alongside ponies peacefully. Are the Changelings just a bunch of monsters? Or do they have more in-common with Ponies than anypony thought?

By popular demand (At least one person :}) here's the story detailing Twilight's visit to the Changelings. This is an interquel, that takes place during the timeskip between Ch.2 and Ch.3 of my earlier story Advanced Lessons. Fluttershy is a young biological researcher trying to find out why a population of rabbits near Dogder City is fading away.  A fellow researcher comes to her with a solution to the problem.  Gamma Radiation.  Unwilling to test on the rabbits Fluttershy tests the experiment in herself first.  The results are catastrophic.  Years later the timid pegasus is on the run and searching for a cure.  Can she find a way out before General Hurricane finds her?
