Through a miraculous and cruel twist of fate, Sombra has survived death yet again. However, his many defeats have left him broken and near feral, and the Princesses see no option but to lock him away. Starlight Glimmer, seeing more than the rage and hate the others see, feels pity for the fallen king, and offers to take Sombra under her care to try and reform him.

She quickly finds out Sombra's more broken than anyone believes, and it's going to be a rocky road to redemption, but even the darkest shadows can take solace in the starlight.

Twilight Sparkle took a nap after Season 9 ended, only to find herself back at the start of Season 1. Stuck going home the long way 'round, will she be able to keep the timeline she remembers intact, or will the butterfly effect bulldoze over everything she held dear before the reset?

Submitted for the approval of the Midnight Society, this is a story concept I originally was going to abandon until I got a mountain of positive feedback. Expect character tag changes as each chapter comes out. (And yes, the cover image is inspired by Groundhog Day.)

Here's an entirely optional guide to the canon of this story, which will be updated periodically to include new details.

London, England. A decently large city that hasn't seen many eye-catching events in recent times. For John Carter, it has always been a nice, relatively peaceful place to live in.

He had plenty of expectations for his future in the city, many were... Far-reaching, but nothing stepping beyond the realm of possibility.

Getting ripped from his body and placed in a completely foreign one? That may have overstepped the boundaries just a slight bit.

This is a complete rewrite of one of my other stories, Becoming One With the Moon

How do you kill a pegasus's soul? Put her in charge of the town's weather, then only let her schedule sunny days and gentle evening showers. Not thunderstorms, not blizzards, certainly not hail or tornadoes.

Nothing fun, in other words. Celestia forbid the weather team make some real weather, the kind Rainbow Dash dreams about. The farmers would never stand for that.

Well, screw the farmers. Screw the fashionistas and screw the library princess too if she complains. Rainbow Dash has a dream and she's going to share it with the world, whether the world wants it or not.

A story dedicated to anyone who's ever been passionate about something.

The Lunar Guard and the Celestial Guard. Two opposites armies. Two (almost) former enemies.
Midnight Storm, batpony and Luna's guard.
Golden Sun, Celestia's guard.
When night meets day, love is in the air.

A Cheesy love story. You've been warned.

Although still a novice flier, Twilight has begun to feel comfortable in the sky. But when Rainbow Dash asks her to enter a flying pairs competition with her, she believes that her inexperience will only hinder her friend's chances of winning. Twilight's misgivings deepen when Rainbow learns that two old rivals will be competing as well, and her desire to win begins to drive a wedge between them. Full of doubt of her own abilities and anger toward Rainbow's fierce ambition to beat the others, will Twilight overcome these obstacles and compete with her friend, or will she quit the competition altogether?

Three hundred years after Luna's banishment, Equestria is at a shaky peace, its borders protected by the Equestrian Armed Forces from several hostile races, from raiding Diamond Dogs to the increasingly aggressive Gryphons. Incidents are many, and tensions rise as the newly unified Gryphon Empire sets its sights on the lands and riches of its pony neighbors.

In this troubled time, a young pegasus orphan named Firefly comes of age. A born warrior, her name will one day be known as not just the founder of the Wonderbolts, but as one of Equestria's greatest heroes...

Set in the same universe as the Turnabout Storm novelization but taking place seven hundred years before, this is the story of Rainbow Dash's ancestor, the origin of the Wonderbolts, and the coming of the Great Pony/Gryphon War. Also referenced by multiple stories in the Gentlemanverse.

This story is a sequel to The Thousand Year Change

In the world of the Thousand Year Change, Lightning Dust was a member of the Lunar Guard. Her journey was full of laughs, friends, loses, and sacrifice. Her last act was one of selflessness, giving up her life in order to save the world.

However, that's not the same in cannon Equestria where she is a disgrace from the Wonderbolts. Where she hops from town to town, drowning her anger in root beer. It looks like things will never get better for her until a certain purple princess approaches her with an offer that will change her life.

Ever since Rainbow Dash married to Twilight Sparkle and adopted Scootaloo on the same day, her life has been wonderful. However, because of her busy job as a Wonderbolt, she missed out almost all of Scootaloo's important events, including Ponyvillie's Junior Pro Scooter Competition that meant a lot to Scootaloo. Feeling guilty and wanted to make up to her stepdaughter, Rainbow Dash promised Scootaloo she'll get her the one thing that Scootaloo always wanted for Hearth's Warming: a Zapp action figure from the Power Ponies. There is just one problem.

It is now Hearth's Warming Eve and the toy is practically sold out!

Despite this, Rainbow Dash is determined to hunt this toy down and bring it back home before anypony in her family notices. Along the way, Rainbow bumped into her ex-partner from the Wonderbolt academy, who is also looking for the same toy, competing against her. With a race against the clock and the competition is fierce, will Rainbow Dash get the toy and come home to her daughter on time for the holidays?

Meanwhile, Twilight is facing some dilemma of her own when a certain rich mare snob, that Twilight took under her wing, refuses to change her ways.

This story is based on a certain Christmas movie but with original dialogue and some ideas.

The cover art was made by me.

This story is a sequel to Flying Sky-High

So much has happened in the past year. Friends have been made, battles have been fought, and love has bloomed. Now at long last, Rainbow Dash has the chance of a lifetime: a chance to become a Wonderbolt and instantly be part of an elite squad. However, one of the key judges for the tryout is none other than her love: Soarin. He is bound by his profession to be fair and honest in his selection. Will their relationship give Dash an edge in the tryouts? Or will it strike her down before she even gets there?

Also what of the dark magic within Soarin? He's kept quiet about it for a while, but not all is as well as he lets on.

And what of the Shadowbolts? They scattered after the battle with Nightshade. Surely they didn't just disappear.

A story of remaining strong in the face of harsh challenges. Life and love can be tough, but strong hearts always find a way to prevail.

This Fic's length is a bit intimidating, but it is broken into four parts, each of which could be considered their own stories with clear beginnings and conclusions. I decided to keep it all together because it was how my outline was structured (aka i completely underestimated the length).

This is not a Gurren Lagann Crossover. The title was a coincidence. (But said coincidence has led to many references and characters that parody the anime)
