Twilight Sparkle goes to Canterlot, invited by her former mentor Princess Celestia, to take one last walk through the Royal Gardens of Canterlot.

In every world, era, and species, adolescents think they're the first to invent or discover whatever they come across. It's not hard to see why. In the flower of youth, every experience is new and fresh and exciting, especially the ones previous generations won't discuss. Not in polite company, anyway. Certainly not with their children.

Well, "exciting" isn't always the best word to describe those discoveries. Sometimes it's "horrifying." Especially when it involves certain alicorn princesses.

These are my stories entered in the monthly Flashfic contest. I like to take the prompt for each month and interpret it under a similar lens.

Each story is a cute glimpse into the life of a pregnant mare, in one way or another, as the prompt permits.

Events in this story take place after the events of Halo 4 Spartan Ops, but before Twilight becomes an Alicorn.

(Status Update 12/29/2014): Sequel status in doubt. Although considering renaming the sequel based on the name of a song from the band Muse and the song itself (source of some inspiration) I'll let you guys guess in the comments page below the sequel what song inspired me to give the sequel more time and basically, you know, give it a chance. :)
