Princess Celestia has sent an invitation to Twilight Sparkle and friends for a royal Canterlot wedding! While reading off the list of invitees, however, Twilight comes across a certain "Mrs. and Mrs. Dash". Turns out Rainbow Dash and Rarity are a married couple, and have been since before Twilight moved to Ponyville. Twilight never knew this. Hilarity ensues, as well as a few feels.

(AU, where RariDash are, well, married. Some canon events and scenes have been shifted accordingly, to Twilight's increasing confusion.)

Twilight and her friends have been sent on a trip to Trottingham to oversee preparations for the Summer Sun Celebration. On said trip, Twilight Sparkle will learn something interesting about Rainbow Dash, who will learn a few things about Twilight in return. Emotions fly, and every time something seems to go right, it turns around and goes quite wrong. The true question here is, will they have time for the Celebration?

Rainbow Sparkle fic with potential for other pairings later. A commentary on the awkward beginnings of a relationship and learning about each other. Based loosely on experience, sans ponies and trains.

Rainbow Dash has been stressed lately, very stressed and exhausted. She desperately needs a vacation to soothe all this stress and exhaustion. But why did she have to resort to something so unexpected? How did she do it? And how will she now handle her new form?

But when one pony feels so lost, so inconsolable, so forlorn, that she makes a life-changing decision that almost leaves her shattered forever, it is up to her friends to bring her back.

When you lose something that you can't replace, when you love someone but it goes to waste, and when the tears come streaming down your face, is there anyone who you can turn to...

...to fix you?

When a freak accident causes Rainbow Dash to lose her trademark defining trait, Twilight worries that it might have taken her spirit, soul, and her love away along with it.

With the help of a friend, maybe there is a way she can help her find it again.

Perhaps a trip to a very special place is in order.

Written for the Expanding Universes contest for the Quills and Sofas Speedwriting Group. The prompt was for each of us to submit a story, and then someone else would write a prequel or a sequel. I was so excited to get themoontonite's brilliant Futile Devices as my prompt. You can find us on Discord here! We're pretty fun, in my opinion, and sometimes we even write things!

As a filly, Rainbow Dash achieved two wonderful accomplishments. Earning her cutie mark and inadvertently causing a Sonic Rainboom. However, these achievements mean nothing to her when she comes to realize that Fluttershy is missing. Without her to share these gifts with, they feel meaningless to her. In all, she misses her best friend and is worried, wondering what had happened to her.

Rainbow Dash has decided the best way to get what she wants from Rarity is by kidnapping her! Rarity is less than amused by the prank.
