Tragedy strikes us all when we least expect it. Not only do we have to deal with the loss of someone in our lives, we have to deal with the loss of the pieces of ourselves that were taken away along with them. Bic Macintosh has had a year nopony would ever want to live through. When he realizes he hasn't really been living and just going through the motions he realizes he's not alone in his sorrow. With help, he doesn't have to hurt and find the road to healing on his own.

After saving her life, Fluttershy begins to form emotions for Big Macintosh; however, several obstacles get in the way: Not only does her shy personality get in the way of telling the stallion she is falling in love with, but arguments with Applejack and Big Macintosh are also interfering. Is Applejack preventing Big Macintosh to love her, or is he just not interested in Fluttershy? Maybe with the help of the Cutie Mark Crusaders they might be able to help Fluttershy gain the strength to tell Big Macintosh her true emotions.

Applejack gets an unwelcome visit from the Equestrian Revenue Service. Handed a large tax bill and limited time to pay, Applejack comes up with a creative use of the farm's biggest asset.

When she finally gets an opportunity to tell him how she feels, she jumps at the chance...though she may need a little help.

Although there are a few Fluttermacs, experience one that follows them through the twists and turns of a relationship, testing their love. Will it last, or will they break from the intensities of th the rigorous events thrown at them by the world and society?

Big Macintosh is working on the farm, and decides to visit the graves of his father and grandfather. Little did he expect that he'd be meeting the shy pegasus of the Everfree Forest, Fluttershy. After Big Macintosh helps her with an issue they decide to meet up for some tea. Is fate trying to drive these two into each others arms by trapping them in her cottage with a storm?

An unexpected turn of events have lead to Discord's freedom, but his plans are turned asunder when Twilight Sparkle accidentally badly injures him.

Vulnerable and weak, the spirit is taken in under the ever watchful, gentle and concerned eyes of Fluttershy. Through this time of healing, the pegasus discovers that there's more to this miscreant than meets the eye, and she's determined to prove it.

Through this process dark secrets are revealed, pain is revealed, and gradually a hidden side never seen of the draconequus, and Fluttershy struggles to push him and past friends back together.

Will she ultimately have an effect on his indifferent heart or this only another one of his dastardly plans?

Big Macintosh is a strong figure who holds himself very well. Underneath his stern coat lays a shy and tender soul who is to afraid act freely. After missing out on a lot of joys of childhood play he discovers that it is okay to be himself. As well as some other fascinations.
