Forgath Ironblood is a man who values power and might. He spent untold years developing his dark magics, and years more using ice and iron and balefire to claim and rule his domain. But it didn't last; a group of bold and plucky rebels broke into his inner sanctum and unleashed a magic he was unprepared for, a magic that cast him into the void between worlds. At that point, he was no longer their problem and the peasants rejoiced.

The world he fell into, however, was another story. It was a world rich in magic. A world full of innocents. A world he could bend to his will and carve a new domain out of.

He never knew what hit him.

When the Allies sunk the great battleship Bismarck, they thought it would be gone for good, left at the bottom of the Atlantic to rust as the Second World War raged on. What they didn't know was that the ship never made it to the ocean floor. Instead, the hulking battle machine was transported to someplace entirely unknown to mankind, with its sole survivor taken along for the ride.

The Gryphon Empire had been expanding its borders for centuries, gaining power and influence over the majority of the planet while at the same time stretching themselves ever thinner. Now, with food shortages threatening to tear the Empire apart, they look towards the only hope of salvation they have, Equestria.

Yet the pride of a predatory race would never allow for them to stoop to begging or trading for what they need. In their very blood there is a cry for war that cannot be denied if they are to save all that they have built. However, only a fool would dare go against the magical might of the pony nations, even taking into account the abysmal state of their military. Yet all of that changes when the hulk of a massive war vessel appears on the shores of their homeland, with a very strange pony the only being aboard.

Will Equestria fall under the power of one of mankind's most infamous warships? How will our lone human-turned-pony react to being in both a new body and world? You'll just have to take a look inside and see for yourself.

Joseph must adapt to a world completely alien to him, as well as adjusting to his new body while trying to figure out what, or who he is.

There is a secret in the Everfree that Fluttershy has been keeping from all her friends. After Prince Shining Armor and Princess Cadence's wedding, she finds that she can no longer keep it to herself. But how will the Princesses, and more importantly, her friends, react when she tells them the truth about the forest and what it holds?

An unknown alicorn returns to equestria. Shrouded in a cloak of mystery, and keeping to the shadows. Will the princesses find out that he has returned? Will the princesses remember him and his crimes of pastry theft or will the spell he once cast still hold? Will Equestria ever know his crimes? Was this possible Cookie thief wrongly accused?!

A tool. That is all he is to them. They changed him, improved him, while taking what makes him human.
Just a long cycle of tests and experiments. Now, they need him for an important test. Teleportation. For better or worse, he ends up a bit farther than expected, like a lot farther. Now, he needs to learn to coexist with this bizarre world. However, those that sent him away aren't very willing to let him go...

What happens to a human when they die? Do you ascend to Heaven where you will live without worry? Or are you sent to Hell where you must suffer for the sins you committed while alive. Or maybe your reincarnated into an animal. Well no one really knows, if we did their would be no need for so many ideas of what happens.

For the mercenary Angelus Sombra, he also wondered what would happen to him. He sure as hell wasn't a good man, but he did some good deeds in his years. But like most things in life, things didnt go as planned. Instead of letting him find out what happens to those who pass on, He is instead sent to a world that is unknown to him. A world who's problems are going to be his own. Now he must try to find a way home while trying to blend in with the locals who can somehow use magic and fly. But with the sudden "changes" that he got to his body, that might not be a hard as he thought. But at least he won't be doing it alone, as the biggest problem that this world has is stuck in his head and is constantly trying to take over his body to "claim what's rightfully his".
