Dr. Nikolai dies in an accident while researching about wormholes, trying to turn back time despite it seeming impossible and ends up waking up in the Everfree forest in the body of a young pony, unaware of what he is.

His experiments on magic, his newfound interest attracts attention to himself despite his desire to remain hidden.

Rarely, a Dark Lord can conceal things from their own followers, and conspire in their own death. Perhaps that's why so many video game bosses are so easy to kill.

Similarly rarely, A Dark Lord may be immortal- or have some sort of curse causing him to return.

And very, very extremely rare is a Dark Lord that falls into both categories- and fights against their own supporters after their own death.

Lord Voldemort was one such Dark Lord. He also had quite a surprise waiting for him when he returned under a new name nobody would ever suspect her under- and learning that Harry wasn't a boy either... wasn't it. As a matter of fact, neither she nor Harry were ordinary by any stretch of the imagination, despite looking the part!

Really too bad she was sick and tired of being powerful. That meant it was a good thing there were so many strange new students about... right?

A new story that could potentially be called a rewrite of Accidental Invasion despite focusing on a very different storyline, thanks to certain (major) story elements I'm borrowing from it- and reworking to be a little more realistic, of course. That said, I'm also raiding some concepts from The Boy who Disappeared, and from all over- you could also call it a culmination of all my works.

It's worth note that this story is meant to be a lot more... comedic than my other stories. I'll be keeping it "serious", but it's more likely to be "silly-serious" with silly stuff sprinkled in. Not nearly as random as, say, The Gate... but still a bit. You'll get what I mean by the end of the second chapter.

And... I suppose I should say it, shouldn't I? Tags may be updated as the story progresses. Emphasis on may, because I've said that every time but really never gone back to update the tags even when it was warranted.

Have you ever just been having a regular day, then suddenly, BAM, you're dead? Well, no, of course you haven't. But what do you expect to happen after you die? If the answer was getting shoved into an overly pink copy of a pony princess, you'd be lying. Worse yet, she made me an alicorn just like her, which causes a whole new set of problems.

Unfortunately, she was adamant that I stay and become her twin sister. I ditched her immediately in my bumbling confusion and fear, and who could blame me? The last thing on my mind was being here! Ponies, princesses, and twin sisters? What kind of fantasy story was that? I was on the run, hiding from guard patrols, and fighting for my next meal. However, my own hubris caught up to me in the end, and her super powerful mother, Cadance, found me and made me see how stupid I was being. And Cadance, is an absolutely crazy powerful pony, with an even more powerful maternal instinct. So when it came down to her word against mine, she was really hard to convince, and she wasn't taking no for an answer.

(AKA, Super wholesome, fluffy, found family. And me having fun tugging on heartstrings.)

After helping Opaline, Misty realizes her mistakes and regrets them. Perhaps even a cowardly mare like Misty can stop whatever evil plan Opaline has in store.

My name is Stratus Skyline. I work as a reporter for ZBS News in Zephyr Heights. If you've ever tuned in, chances are you've seen me reporting on various stories around the city. From new stores opening, to the latest smartphone model, I've reported on a lot of things here.

Tonight is going to be a very special night for me, as I am hosting the live broadcast of the annual Royal Celebration, headlined by a performance from our beloved "Princess of Pop" Pipp Petals! As long as nothing goes wrong, everything should run smoothly today.

Huh, wonder who those guards are escorting? It's too early in the day for the VIPs to be arriving at the castle. Did one of those ponies have a horn? Surely not...

This story is my first time in many years writing a fan fiction of any kind, so apologies if I'm a bit rusty. Having worked in the news industry in real life, I was curious how the reporters of ZBS handled the sudden appearance of Sunny and Izzy. This story shows the perspective of the pegasus city after our heros arrive, and subsequently reveal the royals can't fly.

The story focuses a little on domestic abuse and bullying but only a little in the beginning. As well as small hick-ups along the way, I will not go into great detail about the subject, but there will be problems later on.

It is a new age, one that a lone unicorn Shining Star has been trying to achieve for most of her life. One that she and her husband Argyle had worked to achieve for as long as they had been together. It is a dream come true, one that their own daughter had a hoof in creating.

Now, Shining Star travels to Maretime Bay in the hopes of finally meeting the daughter she has been forced to watch grow up from afar for so many years.
