Negotiations and raising capital are one way to get an official franchise. Alternately, there’s the Glen Bell method: learn how it’s done, then copy it. Get ponies into every level of production, from the tomato fields to the restaurants, find out who supplies the machines and buy their own.

Is it ethical? That’s a grey area, but it might be the only chance to save 7-Layer Burritos.

For Sugar Belle, it's that she may or may not be a secret agent, and Equestria may or may not be in danger. Together... well, it wasn't like Equestria could be much more doomed, could it?

They have known from the first few days attending the School of Friendship that ponies are musically inclined. Songs they’ve heard are usually about something important like a lesson or to explain how to bake in Professor Pie’s case. Yet—around Ponyville they notice ponies singing songs about small things. Something else they notice is that random ponies who join in seem to be able to perfectly add to the song lyrics.

How are ponies able to sing a random song together out of the blue? And, where does the music accompanying the song come from?

When Sandbar can’t give a solid answer, even though he’s a pony and has had musical outbursts, they decide to look further into the topic for a project assigned to them.

After the Storm King's army was disbanded Tempest decides to stay in Ponyville for a few weeks to prove she can be a valued citizen of Equestria.

She expects to be bored. She expects civilian life to be hard to adjust to.

She doesn't expect Rainbow Dash to approach her, asking for combat training. And she certainly doesn't expect to start to like the cocky Pegasus.

But opening your heart to friendship means opening it to some other things as well.

Crystal Spire is a mystery. He saves ponies, sure. Like many superheroes, ponies can't figure out who he is, and nobody knows how he got his powers. Other superheroes have at least some guesses as to who they are, or where their powers come from. But Crystal Spire is full-blown enigmatic. Who is this mystery hero?

A human living in Canterlot castle is given to Queen Chrysalis as part of peace negotiations between Equestria and the Hive. Celestia knew she shouldn't have let Luna finish the negotiations herself.
