But what will Dash do when that pony isn't her? Can she stand on the sidelines and watch her friend find happiness without her? Can Dash find the answers she needs in the latest tale of Daring Do?

Remembering was always the hardest part for Applejack. With her parents dead because of Rarity, she struggles to continue with her life. But she keeps taking small steps with Rarity as her companion. Applejack learns that in the perpetual cycle of life you either move on or succumb.

A collection of short stories centered on Applejack and Rarity, written by a number of writers . Each story is based on a one-word prompt, and after the story is written, the writer leaves another one-word prompt for the next writer to use.

Rarity takes her friends to a Prench restaurant in Canterlot for breakfast and orders one of her favorite dishes, crêpes sucrées. Applejack is skeptical of the food - crêpes are just a thin layer of cooked sweet dough, nothing more than an excuse to eat whipped cream and sugar without consuming anything of substance. The debate over the nature of crêpes as food leads the pair to a bet, Applejack allowing the unicorn to give her a makeover and show her off, the unicorn going a day without her precious makeup and fake eyelashes.

But do the pair have ulterior motives for wanting to see each other in a new way?

This story is a sequel to Stranger Than Fan Fiction

After the events of Stranger Than Fan Fiction, a formal party is thrown in honor of Rarity's new line of dresses. All of her friends are there to support her, including Applejack.

Dash, Twilight, and Pinkie have made it their goal to try to set up the two friends as a couple. But can they get past the awkward kiss from the story?

For better or for worse, this will be the night that everything changes.
