Pearl is five years old now and can't sit still for anything. She's the pride and joy of Spike and Macintosh, and all of Ponyville loves her. Join her and her family as she starts school and starts on her way through life. Not everything will be easy, but it wouldn't be fun if it were.

Teen rating is probably a bit much, but better safe than sorry.

Twilight Sparkle was at home one morning when she got the distress letter from Princess Celestia explaining that she had been keeping something secret from everypony, especially Luna, about a line from the well known story "The Mare In The Moon." The line was "The stars will aid in her escape." Just who were the stars, what significance could they possibly have, and what was Princess Celestia's secret? All of these questions can be answered through the pages of Luna's diary that has been hidden for 1000 years. Twilight gains possession of the diary and goes through a sci-fi adventure watching Luna's past, learning more about Luna's transition from Princess to Nightmare Moon, and the problems that caused it to happen.

Turquoise Blitz was born with wings, but like all other flying ponies it was hard for him to start flying. One day when he tries to fly; his sister, Claire, sees him and decides to offer her help the only way she knows how to. Things only improve for the young kirin once his father decides to help him through his learning process.

Breezy Beach is a travel writer with a stalled career and an editor that doesn't return his calls. A small farming town like Ponyville doesn't carry the same romantic flair that a tropical beach or the sand dunes of Saddle Arabia does, but it pays for rent and cider. Without anything to tie him down and no responsibilities, Breezy is confident he has the bachelor life made. Nothing could take that away from him.

Long Path, an earth pony living in Canterlot, and his best friend, a griffon named Free Agent, set out in the company of Twilight Sparkle to visit various places and species to look into what makes them different, and hopefully learn how to get along with them better. Things rarely go to plan though, and along the way, they discover things about themselves, and find love, drama, and laughter. Then Chrysalis changes everything, and the fate of the whole world might be at stake. Their lives will never be the same!

This story is set mostly after the events of Conversations in a Canterlot Cafe and builds on the fanon of the series, especially changelings, so you might want to read those stories first for background material.

This is the story of a ragtag group of individuals as they face trials and hardship, friendship and loss. Where their roads will take them, nobody knows.

So, this is my first story here on Fimfic, so as always, constructive criticism is a good thing. I really need to know if I'm fleshing out my characters to you guys' liking. Also, There will be swearing. You have been warned.

P.S. On a side note, I'm looking for OC's to make appearances in this fic as main, side and cameo roles. so send 'em through via PM and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. No overpowered or alicorn OCs though, please. Also, not all of the OCs need to be male, a few female OCs would be appreciated too

Spike's happy world has always revolved around Twilight. From his hatching to their adventures in Ponyville, he has remained a faithful companion and loyal friend. But why is it that he has remained a baby for all of these years? There is so much about dragons that they do not know. In a rude awakening, Spike receives a letter from Princess Luna who promises to help Spike meet his potential. But how much will he change? Will his friends see him differently? And how will his life with Twilight evolve?

(set after season 4 and rainbow rocks).

Twilight Sparkle got hurt, and Spike couldn't help her. Nightly dreams act as a constant reminder of the tragedy. He can't shake the feeling of guilt.

So when he's invited to a get-together with his friends, he sees an opportunity to forget. But it isn't long before the Everfree Forest's magic covers Ponyville in a deadly winter storm. With nowhere else to go, Apple Bloom is forced to stay at the library.

This is not a bad thing, in her mind. It's always nice to spend time with Spike. A little apple pie here, a bit of hot cocoa there, it could be fun.

Unfortunately for the both of them, life's rarely that easy.
