Queen Chrysalis sees an opportunity to break up the Elements of Harmony before they spoil another one of her brilliant plans to rule all of Equestria. Since all of them are unmarried mares, all she needs to do is get them fighting over a stallion. And if one stallion isn't enough, she sends one male changeling for each of them, plus a spare.

Too bad she didn't think this one through first.

A soul, both foreign and new to this world, has come to Equestria.

Hup is a changeling that occasionally suffers the hiccups. Caught in the act of shapeshifting at a young age, Chrysalis mistook his involuntary shapeshift as natural talent. As problems pop up, one after the other, Hup's going to find out that infiltrating Equestria will be the least of his troubles.

Trough the town of ponyville came a stranger one fine day, hardly spoke to folks around her didn't have too much to say, no one dared to ask her business no one dared to make a slip, the stranger there among them had a big moon on her hip...

And the stranger started talking made it plane to folks around, don't want any-kind of trouble wouldn't be too long in town, she came to have some rest time didn't have'em yet, and say it didn't matter in the bar alone she sat...

Starlight won, or so she thought. Never waiting for Twilight to return to the Castle, she went back in time and changed it on her own, before heading back through the time portal.

Where she steps out is a time she's never seen before.

Fortunately, more than one pony in Equestria's history has fiddled with time.

It has taken a thousand years of hard work, but at last the four most powerful of the Star Beasts - Draco, Cetus, Cygnus, and Scorpio - have freed Princess Luna from her unfair imprisonment and millennial slumber upon the moon.

Now, she will have her revenge! ...after five more minutes of snoozing. Maybe a little more.

This is a re-telling of "Friendship is Magic" Parts I and II, from Nightmare Moon's perspective, and with minions, because all bad ponies need minions.

Twelve years ago, she broke time. Two alternate timelines exist, each with a different version of Twilight Sparkle. Both versions of her are able to see the other. In this timeline, Sparkle is a Necromancer.

Or rather, she was. Sparkle is dead now, not that she cares. She's got a new body. With Thorn (her undead dragon son) and Cobalt (her apprentice and an assassin for hire) at her side, she's ready to take on the world. Again.
