The first story in The Journey of Graves.

Ponyville is getting ready for the arrival of Princess Celestia's marshals, elite of royal guard and travelling heroes of the people. But in all the hustle and bustle of party preparations, a lone traveler slips into town, a young man with business concerning Twilight Sparkle. What that business is remains to be seen, but you can be sure Ponyville won't make it easy for him.
After all, where would be the fun in that?

Due to the recent animal activity from the Everfree Forest, Princess Celestia has sent an agent from The Academy. What will happen when a certain librarian starts to fall for the crimson haired warrior? What secret is he keeping from the town folk of Ponyville? Join Crimson Storm on a journey that will shake the foundation of the world.

All ponies are humanized. Pegasi still have wings and Unicorn's cast magic with their hands.

It's been almost a thousand years since Nightmare Moon's banishment and while experimental juggernaut Sgt. Alex Ray Johnson has been trapped in stone for most of the time, as per his choice, his release to help with the mare in the moon's return could be an unexpected turn of events. While he helps get Luna accustomed to the new times, he has the opportunity to make friends and actually be welcomed into society. However, not all stories have nice tales. As a dark enemy looms on the horizon, Alex will be put to the test as he will face many dangers and even wage in a war to defend those he deems friends. Will he survive?

His folks enroll him in the local high school in an attempt to bring back some normalcy into the teenager's life. Changing the story a bit, I'm going to make Namasaki into a different ship because my friends wouldn't shut up about it. Namasaki is now going to be an A-150 class super battleship. if you don't know what that is, look up the A-150 design. The reason being because the arrangement for the Tone was a little awkward but I digress: Namasaki is a A-150 class super battleship who is tasked with destroying the port city of Yokosuka, but as his escort Mogami and him suddenly come under attack from I-401 and the blue fleet, Namasaki is suddenly taken to the world of Equestria. In this new world he will make friends, find love, and fight some powerful enemies. But he is a Fog, what could go wrong?

Alrighty... I'm not sure what your stance on HiE fics is, but know I enjoy them. This story was also inspired by the Power Lottery to some extent.
