For the Pegasus Dream Feather, it was a trip to Ponyville like any other. That is until he heard about the disappearance of Rainbow Dash. He never planned to do anything more than learn about it. And he certainly did not want the whole thing to turn into his personal adventure. Yet somehow he finds himself a pawn in the middle of a dangerous scheme.

When Rainbow Dash wakes up to a burning Ponyville, nothing is as it seems anymore. She is left with only pegasi that are equally confused, and must attempt to discover what brought Equestria to ashes.

But as time goes on, back, and around, similar tragedies start happening to her friends, affecting the elements of harmony they bear. Can they work out what is causing these tragedies with their different pasts and futures before there’s no turning back?

(Formerly begun as Nightmare and Pinkie's Phantasm, Runining Harmony revamps Nightmare into Dash's Dilusion and combines the two stories before continuing on with other events.)

After Big Macintosh escaped wrongful incarceration, thanks to foreign stallion named: Sin, He, Spike, Sin and another pony with questionable sanity named: Shade traveled around Equestria to live life without the constant frustrations and restraints of home. However, due to a double cross by Princess Luna, Sin found himself on trial for for assisting ponies he believed wrongly imprisoned, liberate themselves from such disgusting misuses of power and authority.

The four were joined by Twilight, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, and Pinkie Pie under order of Princess Celestia as Sin's sentence for his guilt. The eight ponies found themselves among the ranks of the "Bloody Sky Captains", the freedom loving crew of the airship "Gonshinian". After seeing life stripped for the first time by the hands of his mentor, Macintosh is in shock. He had never thought death acceptable by any circumstance, though; his life had never been directly threatened before either.

After a brief conflict with the Triple M. airship: "Judgment", The "Gonshinian" has been in travel for the past week due north over the Griffin Empire to transport Sin, a former Senator of the Federation, to his homeland to investigate a suspicious lobbyist campaign. Though the motives are not yet clear, the effects seem to drive a wedge between the representative Senators, and the arbitrating Centaurs. All compliments of a Mega Corporation named: Triple M. and it's well known Vice President: Malich.

This story is a sequel to You're Wanted: I'll Always Protect You

When a group of stallions claim to be protesting unfair discrimination under Celestia's laws in cases of abuse, Twilight, ever loyal to her mentor, sets out to fight them. Twilight believes they're just trouble makers trying to break up families and cause national strife.
Rainbow however, believes their message and sees them as real victims wanting to be heard. She decides to defend them and help them get out their message.
The two mares butt heads, Twilight unsure and Rainbow determined. While they fight, Rainbow learns that more is at stake than a civil rights argument. Some of the stallions are peaceful and just want Celestia to hear them. Others, many trained and powerful soldiers, see Celestia's laws as betrayal, and want revenge.

*Sarcasm mode on* I bet you'll never guess what the title is referencing...

All is not well in the land of Equestria. It doesn't take long for the rest of the mane 6 to find out why Rainbow Dash has been acting so strangely, but that's only the beginning of everypony's problems. Get ready for a tale of love and loss, random humanising, alien invasion... and an enigmatic brown unicorn who seems to know it all.

Rated Teen for action sequences, sexual references, and stuff that might be swearing if anyone could understand it.

This world, its so different. The colors, they're so bright, so vivid in my mind. Where am I? WHAT am I? And dear god, how did I get here? "....." Who said that? Oh please, someone give me answers!

How would you feel if you woke up in a new place, a new body, a new world, with no idea of how you got there? What's more, you wake up in a bed lying next to your favorite pony. Your mind is jumbled, your thoughts unclear, and you act only on colorful instinct. Well, that is what happened to me. And now, I'm here in Ponyville, with no clue as to what I am or what I need to do. How do I get home, and what will the other ponies think of a stallion like me? Oh yeah, and how am I gonna survive if Rainbow Dash finds me?

Through corporate greed and the pillage of the land, companies have marketed magic to the masses. Promising the gifts of Enhanced Magical Prowess in every aspect of your life and even non-natural born gifts through science and magical extraction. Gone are the blue skies and rainbows, long since replaced by brown and shades of grey. Dingy, an earth pony mare, blends perfectly into the landscape around her, largely unnoticed by many and always overlooked.

Being short of hoof with her finances, she submits to clinical trials for extra money to pay rent with Spark Industries. Little did she know that this simple cash grab would turn into such a tangled web of disaster. Leaving behind anypony she ever knew she is sent far into the future, where things were not what she expected at all.

Finding solace in the only voice she has, Dingy struggles to keep her sanity in a world with nopony in it and somehow manage to survive and find her way back home.

The events at Canterlot shook the Mane Six to their cores. Rainbow Dash had been gone for six months, adamant that her friend was still somewhere in the world. In her absence, unrest began in an unexpected place, sending the remaining friends of Twilight into worry and uncertainty again.

The homecoming of their treasured friends was a mixed blessing. The girls were relieved that at least not all were lost. However, the belated return of Crystal Empire, and disturbing news that came out of it means that none of them had no time to rest.

This story is a direct continuation of Evenfall: Waves in a Haven. So if you head right in, you won't quite follow what's going on!

For the first time in a thousand years, the old magic has returned to Equestria.

The Elements of Harmony have been torn asunder by the careless Equestria they found themselves in just one month ago. Twilight Sparkle fled into the ocean, pleading for her friends not to follow her after only barely stopping the destructive rampage caused by The Other. Rainbow Dash and Applejack, with nothing but their knowledge of Twilight's nature and a crew of seasoned adventurers, leave Altalusia hoping to find their lost friend and bring her back. Meanwhile, Countess Rarity finds herself trapped among the machinations of Duke Titus, but perhaps she can yet use her new position for good.

But the new Equestria remains as treacherous as ever for six mares lost in time, and the sunken ruins of their old home still holds fresh and terrifying dangers. Mysteries a thousand years old demand solving, and even those born on the floating islands of the new Equestria may find themselves torn between two paths.

The world changed in the absence of Twilight Sparkle and her friends, and with their return it braces for change once more.
