Shadow is a genetically engineered xenomorph who lost everything. His hive was destroyed and he was tricked into going into trap that was to get him off the ship he stowed away on. He crash lands on an unknown world and sees an opportunity to finally live without the worry of WY. When he discovers a small cottage and discovers that there isn't a human living in it but a talking pony, his life flips upside down. These creatures treat him nicer than the humans and he vows to not let WY step foot on this planet. He will start his own hive and hope to find a way to have his species strive once more. Will he succeed or will he be captured and experimented on?

This story is a sequel to Fallout: Equestria - Duck and Cover!

Atom Smasher is a special kind of pony. She lies, she cheats, she steals, she stockpiles explosives and relishes their liberal application, and she's one of the good guys. She earned the praise of the locals after becoming the accidental hero of the wastes around her home, but once the day is saved, being the hero is boring. She needs a new adventure.

One day, a letter arrives, inviting her to join her brother in San Palomino on a search for their missing dad.

She doesn't remember having a brother.

It is, however, just what the doctor ordered. Now, if only this desert wasn't so damn hot...

Hey, someone forgot this show was made for eight-year-old girls, but thankfully we can weave a tale of post apocalyptic survival without alienating our core demographic. Come and journey with me into Fallout Equestria, TV-Y.

Equestria is in danger from xenmorphs creating a new hive near the crystal empire, a preatorian becoming a queen. Wayland yutani pmc's, scientist's, and michal wayland himself coming to take the xenomorph specimins back while killing anything that gets in their way, finishing off the crew of the saphora and the last two men of the sulaco. And a predator clan coming to start a great hunt of the xenomorphs, humans, ponies.The only help equestria has is the surviving crew of the saphora, their synthetic and the last two marines of the sulaco.
This story takes place a bit after the latest season ended. Its also after the end of the game aliens colonial marines.
(And becuase this has been bugging me I will remove comments that are mean even if they are to help, they have to be in a nice way or I delete them)

Underneath the ice of the Crystal Empire, Sombra plots his revenge. Well, he did until the xenomorph he found in the ice wakes up, escapes, ruins all his plans and begins wondering what shadow pony tastes like.

Changelings.

To most, they are the creatures that almost took Canterlot, shapeshifters able to feed on the emotions of those around them.
While this is true, it is not all there is to the story.

When the Great War began, an alliance was struck between Princesses Celestia and Luna, of Equestria, and Queen Chrysalis, of the Changelings.
The changelings, natural infiltrators since birth, would become spies for Equestria. In return, they would no longer be hunted, permitted to continue feeding as they had for countless years before their failed invasion, provided they not engage in acts harmful to the equine government or population at large.

Of course, that was simply the beginning. As the war began to escalate, Stable-Tec, the company responsible for the life-saving Stables, recieved a request from parties that would, as part of the contract, remain anonymous and unnamed.
They were asked to create something new, something that would allow both changelings and ponies to survive, and promote harmony between the races.

Project HIVE

Bittersweet has had problems sleeping for as long as she can remember. Unable to function properly in the workings of a normal adult life, she spends her days at the Manehattan Psychiatric Hospital trapped between the different states of her affliction. But when Equestria is suddenly destroyed at the peak of its war against the Zebra Empire, Bittersweet is forced to deal with the conditions of a harsh new world.

For the Fallout: Equestria group's 500 member writing competition, using the theme "before the bombs."

A colt named Charming Thunder has come to Ponyville to find a place to live and asks the mane six for help. Along the way he sees an archeologist named Daring Do who is looking for the same thing that Charming Thunder is looking for: the egg of the Xenomorph. Will they survive the challenges in order to obtain the Xenomorph egg?
