This story takes place after the episode "Magic Duel"

Trixie was the latest victim in being regressed into a foal after her age spell was redirected at her. She is then placed under Twilight as her caretaker but there's more to what meets the eye. The mare was visited by Starlight Glimmer and has been recruited to spy on Twilight and her friends. But in the meantime she'll have to act like a little foal and not blow her cover. However she develops a friendship with Zecora and will have to make a fatal choice will she betray Twilight and her new friend or Starlight Glimmer?

After taking the Smartypants doll that made everypony go crazy. Big Macintosh woke up the following morning to find out he was regressed to a baby. Not only that it seems that nopony has noticed that he was regressed in age and act as if he was always a baby. But he does have an idea that the Smartypants doll might be involved.

Princess Cadance stood quietly, calm, and wearing a patient expression on her face. Across from her, standing bow legged and fidgeting uncomfortably was Chrysalis, former queen of the changelings, wearing nothing but a diaper.

When Twilight first comes to Ponyville, she was excited to interview Derpy regarding her husband. The mysterious scientist Dr.Whooves has invented time travel. However, it seems for the past five years; he was reverted to a newborn foal every year on New Year's Eve. It's a mystery that he's kept hidden regarding the details on why this occurs to him. Twilight intends to figure out the story and get every last detail. However, the truth is more revealing of how the universe works beyond a silly story of a great scientist turning into an adorable foal.
