Rainbow Dash has loved Daring Do since she read the first page. In fact, she's so obsessed, she sometimes wishes she was Daring, and even pulls her beliefs from the books. Eventually, she gets tired of just being like Daring, and decides that it's time she became her. Along with her friend Scootaloo and her coltfriend Soarin, she finds herself becoming more and more like the adventurer, even to the point where she has to take her place as the true Daring Do.

When Scootaloo starts to suffer from depression, she starts hearing Jeff. Jeff is the sick, twisted side of Scootaloo that wants her to give in to her fantasies. Will she be able to resist the temptations or will Jeff convince her that her happiness is above anypony's well-being.

Rainbow Dash decides to revive an old pegasus tradition, but her friends aren't all exactly ready for it.

Snails has a problem - he's been getting headaches, a lot of them, that keep him from sleeping. Trixie is quickly able to identify the problem: He isn't using enough magic, and it's building up. All Snails has to do is use more magic, and the headaches will go away. Of course, the Great and Powerful Trixie is more than willing to train a foal in the use of magic - after all, she's already training Dinky. What's one more?
