A third installment. You magnificent bastard. Three down, three to go. Not to mention the origin story for a certain pony if I had to guess based on the timeframe and previous works.
A few things:
1. That the protagonist is a bigoted, violent delinquent with a record as opposed to a reserved milquetoast is a refreshing change of pace! I'm wondering if this is some kind of attention-seeking behavior on his part or if he's just a bad apple.
2. It's never a MadMax story unless at some point the protagonist's journey to relieve themselves at the lavatory is given appropriate focus.
3. So this story takes place before the events of the show? Interesting.

Man, I am loving this asshole more and more. Chances are high this kind of behaviour won't last long with Pear Butter keeping a close eye on him but loving the story already.

I think the no magic is part of his probation. He is wearing a null ring to counteract his magic, the likely source of his power for his delinquency. I suppose for a pegasus they would bind his wings to his sides or an Earth Pony, hmmm. How would you contain an Earth Pony criminal? Weighted shackles to nullify their superior physical strength? Anyway, I am kind of curious about the history between Pear Butter and the MC's mother.
