One thing I never understand about these is, there is always the chance that the pregnancy won't catch. Even with humans who are fertile all the time, the chances of a pregnancy catching the first time around are pretty low. With equines, and heat cycles, I find it less likely.
Also, with magic, I doubt abortions or morning after solutions aren't that difficult.

Wow Filthy this is clearly the best plan ever. I mean sure once AJ starts showing you'll have to claim her kid as your own since your plan relies on that. And sure anyone with half a brain will figure out what you did. But hey it's not like AJ has a brother who will probably want to smash your head in that can drag a fucking house, a unicorn friend that could crush every bone in your body with a thought, a pegasus friend who aside from all the ways she could beat you to death is also in the perfect position to make your death look like an accident thanks to her job and the random weather from the Everfree. Oh and also that unicorn doesn't have a personal line to the ruler of your nation that makes the laws, including the one your relying on for your plan, and said ruler discovering your using a terrible law to screw over someone she owes a debt of gratitude to for saving her sister won't spur her (and her sister) into action against you.
So yeah, great plan Filthy.
Still this was an....interesting read and as far as dark fics go I've certainly read worse.
